    Default doubling attacks

I know the dervish class from Complete warrior at max level allows you to double attacks once per day.

Is there any other class that allow you to do so also or addtional stacking of said double/doubling?

Telflammar Shadow Lord could perform full attack each time it uses teleport. Teleporting as standard action, move action and swift action gives you 3 full attacks per round. Belt of Battle magic item grants another action. Ruby Knight Vindicator class feature provides additional action per round. So does the Swift Blade prestige class. BTW Telflammar Shadow Lord has the haste spell in the spell list as the 2nd level spell. So it easily fulfils Swift Blade haste spell requirement.
a typical Dark Wizard hunter would die, on average, eight and a half times along the way to becoming ‘paranoid’.

Warblade 17 or Swordsage 17 gets Time Stands Still. That's two full attacks as a full-round action.

Warblade 10/Eternal Blade 20 gets both Time Stands Still and Island In Time (take another turn).

Monk 9 probably has the easiest method: Mantis Leap, which allows you to turn a move action + Jump check into a charge, add Pounce (via the Sphinx Claws soulmeld) and you can full attack twice per turn. Add a swift-action jump in there, and you can full attack three times per turn.
