Default warmaster leading barbarians (rule question)

A white raven practitioner initiates a warmaster's charge, leading his party to battle.

Among his allies there is a pouncer barbarian who charges alongside him.

Will the barbarian get the +25 damage on all the attacks he makes as part of the charge, or just the first one? What about the attack bonus?

so war master's charge let's all your allies within 30' make a charge attack with you as an immediate action. Since the maneuver does not specify any modifications to the pounce EX nor disallow it; I believe according to RAW if your allies have Pounce they can make a full pounce attack as an immediate action and receive +2x# of chargers attack bonus.
I am a little more on the fence about the extra damage, the way war master's charge is written it almost looks like any enemy you charge attack takes 50 damage (25 from companions) irregardless of whether your attack hits. In which case I would say no you do that 25/50 damage then you make your attacks; if it is instead a damage bonus then it would be per attack.
