Could be. I think it's more likely a reference to Xyklon the Consequential (from Start of Darkness), which is really a way of demonstrating how little Tarquin cares about the "sub-plot", as he sees it. He can't be bothered to get the names right. Plus, Xykon really hates it when people pronounce his name with a "Z" instead of an "X".

You can see him there. Zz'dtri isn't shown but his description is on the poster so he was probably already working for Nale too. Which is coherent with Hilgya having joined for the Talsiman Quest.

Although Bandana's sheath placement was probably a mistake, I think Oona has two pouches because there is always a pouch visible no matter which side she faces in each one of her appearances.

I assert that V cast Fly on themself and Haley, and Z cast Fly on himself and later Thog. That would allow Z's Fly spell to still be active on himself while V and Haley's were out.

This is somewhat undercut by Sabine's comment about Zz'dtri casting fly on all three of them; but more exciting than talking about casting below maximum caster level, unspecified duration between strips, the possibility of Zz'dtri having both spells available, or the nature of dismissability of spells in OotS.
