"Must be the ones who got Maria," Raymond said with a touch of regret, "Anyone ever work fast food? Think the freezer will be sturdy enough and large enough for us to use? Either hide in it or lure them into it and lock it up? Or maybe flood the floor with cooking oil for a slippery fiery trap?"

George takes a moment to reload his pistol.

"I don't have another fireball to throw, so I won't be able to soften these two up as they come in. Warlock, I'm going to be looking to you to diss out the arcane might vs these next two. Wizard, some of those fire bolts will be better than ammo usage, I'll join you in the low yield cantrips."

George raised an eyebrow looking at ray.

"If they have any grease or... wait... grab some of the ethanol off the shelves, that'll work like grease and we won't have to spend time looking for it "

"I have a Burning Hands spell that I have been saving. I can still recovery one more spell as well. So I could use to cook the hounds." The Reverend suggested.

Morgan rises slowly, avoiding the body of the dead hound above him. He rolls his neck. "Gentlemen, we might want to start moving towards that enclosed conference room in the middle of the building. We don't know what side the hounds are gonna come at us from. While they could break through the walls, it'll take long enough where we'll know where they are. That room has only one door, we should be able to set up a decent trap there if we want."

Raymond moved to grab the ethanol George pointed out, "I haven't used it yet, but my light spell does have the potential to also be fiery if need be. I can ignite the trap if need be. Everyone retreat to the conference room, I'll spread the stuff around. My plan, my risk."

George guides ray to spread the ethanol in front of the counters, and in front of the doors to the final locked away room.

George pulls out a small bit of rope tying it around rays waist so when he runs back to the main room, he wouldnt have to worry about slipping on the ethenol and falling to the fangs of the hounds.

"When the hounds come through the area... light the ethanol."

"You got it," Ray replied to George, "Go back to the others I'll be along as soon as I can."

He then stepped one square to the north east waiting for the Hound outside (#4) to come inside and head to the ethanol trap.

when the Hound is in area 2, casts Sacred Flame, Hound makes DC 13 REF save or take (1d8)[3] damage, half radiant, half fire damage.

George nodded to Morgan and The Reverend as they all waited for the hounds.

The hounds sudden appeared outside and Hounds spent a few moments until they burst open the doors each. The Smaller hound came charging into the Ethanol as Ray lit him and the Ethanol on fire.

The Larger hound came in closer from the north.

Raymond heard the sound of scratching from the other side of the restaurant, "The other one will be here soon, better see if I can take this one out first.." he pointed his rifle at the burning hound and fired!

after firing he moved into the next room 30 feet where the second trap was set, but he noticed he was standing in the ethanol.

As ray fires his rifle, there is a misfire, and the rifle jams, ray knows that it will take a moment of precious time that he does not have, to fix the issue.

Morgan levels his gun at the door, awaiting the arrival of Ray and the hounds. He hopes silently that Ray will survive his dangerous task.

George calls out to Ray,

"Alright Warlock, get back in here, let the two of them crowd the next area, trying to get in here. "

The Reverend aimmed a hand at the door.

"I'm ready to light it up."

The Hounds bound and fumble through the area, they get behind the counter, chasing Raymond as he intended.

Ray grumbled as his rifle jammed, but at least he got the Hound's attention. He then moved north into the office and waited for the Hound to follow. He makes a motion for George to loosen the rope a bit, then nodded his head and motioned with his hands to indicate he's waiting for the Hound to approach before jerking the rope to try and trip them.

If Hound 4 moves towards me before Hound 1 arrives and the trip is successful, cast Sacred Flame on it before it leaves the trapped area, DC 13 REF save or takes (1d8)[1] damage, half fire, half radiant...if Hound 1 arrives before Hound 4 takes its move and we trip it, casts Sacred Flame on it instead, DC 13 REF save or takes (1d8)[6] damage, half fire, half radiant.

George nods to ray as he prepares to make a clothesline out of the pair of them.

The Hounds charge into the room between Ray and George, As the second hound enters, ray lights the entire room on fire as George pulls up the clothes line, tripping the First Hound to a prone position. Both Johnathan and Morgan are able to hit their targets.

George Calls out.

"Blast them!"

"Sacred Flame!" Raymond cast again after lighting the floor on fire, hoping this will finish the first Hound that chased after him.

Morgan opens fire on the hound!

The Ground lights aflame doing (3d6)[10] Fire damage to the Hounds, the rope burning up between Ray and George.

George crosses his hands across his chest as there was a deep red glow from his throat. A Gout of flame spews out and hits both hounds for (3d6)[16] Fire Damage, Dex Save for half.

He holds up his hand and throws out a Bolt of Fire at Hound 4

Jonathan moved to the right of George. "Pardon me."

He held out his casting hand. "I am getting a lot of use out of a cantrip."

with the last hound on its last leg it moves forward and takes a bite at George.

George cries out as the hound bites into his shoulder.

"Hang on wizard!" Raymond shouts as he focuses on the final Hound, [color=darkblue]"Sacred Flame!" he casts as another tongue of holy fire descends upon the Hound.

Morgan lines up a shot on the last hound and opens fire!

As Morgan's shot goes a little Wide George Inhales again as he exhales into the Hound. Holding up his hand he unleashed another bolt.

The final hound falls to georges flames as he falls back and sits on the ground.

"Medic... Medic Pack when someone gets a chance."

He seems up and conscious, but just a tired old man.

"Hey I just had a thought. We're in a restaurant right? They have those big walk-in freezers that they always say never let close behind you, right? Maybe we can take the Hounds' bodies and lock them in there before they finish regenerating. if it won't hold them all night, it'll at least buy us some extra time," Raymond suggested as the smoke was clearing.

Morgan walks out and takes a look at the large freezer. He comes back to Ray shaking his head. "The walls in there aren't thick enough to hold the hounds. They'd just break out."

Morgan takes a look at George. "I mean, I'll do what I can, but I don't have a lot of experience with this sort of thing. I'm concerned I might hurt you more than help. You wanna give me some pointers?"

George looks up to Morgan.

"Just hand it to me. I can handle the rest. I'm starting to run out of spells. If I cant get some more arcane back up beyond simple cantrips, I have concerns about our survivability."

Morgan nods and looks to Ray and Jonathan. "We're making good progress. I think it's okay to use some bigger guns going forward, guys."

Morgan ponders. "Speaking of which...it might be an idea to head to the subway that Maria went to and see if we can retrieve her shotgun. Maybe then we can head elsewhere in town, buy us a little more time."
