Lillith thinks back, deadtimed memory can be blurry. "You're right, she shouldn't have been using a disentigrate pelll on him. That was assault. And this is all grounds for suspending the both of you."

Krysta sighs and begins taking notes.

Lillith may notice Eris is wearing vampire-innards on her as jewelry. Or maybe not; nobody else has. "The boss lady is right. You shouldn't be talking like that." Suddenly, her eyes widen in fright. She was acting good again wasn't she?

Desmonda calls from her cell "Oh come on! I have a freak'in mark that goes off should I ever break the law. I would be in a- okay, I am in a jailcell but there's no mess on the floor. An arbite threw me in."

(I'm just being IC. Rike enjoys getting a rise out of her when he uses these names.)

I think a good place to start is my getting a restraining order against both of them.

"I don't think we have restraining orders, Rike. And Desmonda, you're now oficialy under a two month probation. Break the law again in that time and you're off the force. Not that you should ever have been part of it in the first place."

And thus, Tyl and Alina undeadtime, not doing anything in particular, just standing there, for now.

Krysta makes a note of the probation and slips it into the police files.

They are not deadtimed, just making sure you know.

Desmonda protests from her cell. "But I didn't break the law! I toled him he was under arrest and gave him a warning! He's already wanted for Battery - and the law says I can use lethal force at my own discretion!" She pouts.

"Yes, but it's my call as to what is misconduct, and you were never meant to be on this Force in the first place! Now, either accept it or hand over your badge." Yep, Lillith was starting to get sick of all this.

[AmberVael]

Krysta waves her hands (and butterfly wings) for silence, gets a pad and a pen, and looks at Lillith.
This is all getting us nowhere. Since I am possibly the only person who has no idea what is going on, and has none of the pieces, I think it would be fair to say I am the least biased and most willing to listen.
Not to mention that- as far as I can see- I am the only Warden Officer here.
Unless something has changed from the time of Captains Aerin and Verdandi, the Warden officers deal with affairs beyond arrest, and within the station... so this, unless you you wish to deal with it, Captain, is my responsibility.
So if everyone can settle down, I'd like to just get explanations from those involved about what happened. I'll write it down, and we can look at this logically and solve it in a more rational manner.

Krysta gives Lillith a little smile and adjusts herself in her seat, then looks to Desmonda.
Since you were the officer who dealt with this case, why don't you tell me how it all went first? Try and keep it to the facts, and not opinion.
Take it slow.

Tyl frowns a bit and releases his hand from Alinas before rolling himself over to his desk, that had mysteriously adapted to his paralyzed legs, growing taller slightly so he could fully roll his legs under the desk.

Alina leans against the wall and waits.

Victor is watching and with Discern Lies active.

Tyl begins to write at his desk. If someone just happened to peek over his shoulder, that someone would read,

1.Talk to Re(x)gina
1.Talk to Lillith about a wedding
1.Think
1.Plan

Odd to-do list, huh?

Seeing as Desmonda spent a good third of an hour thinking of how best to go into dead time, rather than giving a response, Krysta's lips press into a thin line and she drops the note pad on her desk.

Lillith sighs. "All that waiting just for them to deadtime. I think I'm going to take a walk."

[Katonta]

Tyl replies manner-of-factly, "Makin' a list."

Alina stands back up straight says to Lillith, "You mind if I join you?"

Whatcha makin' a list for?

[Draken]

Vrr... For the best.

"No, not at all, Alina." Lilliht starts to walk towards the front door.

Krysta begins organizing whatever she can get her hands on.

Alina follows Lillith, looking at Tyl before she leaves, pride in her eyes.

Tyl says to Arnie, "Gotta set out my priorities."

And adds another thing to the list, namely: 1.Catch up with Alina.

Explain in detail, please.

Lillith walks out.

"What more is there to explain? Just a simple to-do list numbered in order of highest priority to lowest."
