    Might also be handy if people said what equipment they have for this kind of thing.

    I was ready for guarding a caravan not a dungeon delve.

    Anyone have any rope? Marbles? Chalk? Pitons? Stuff like that?

    Chalk, rope, pole...is what I got, that is. Flint if we need fire, too.

    Oh wow so my email did not tell me I had more posts sorry!!

    Ok so fenix got his torch back ( I forgot he took it my apologies)

    Then blognaa goes to.. I'm assuming it was the first left door in the hallway and hears a very soft skitter then silence! Neither him nor gorwin find any traps! ( although +10 on a 1 is pretty good still..skills are not auto fails or success)

    Uhhh...I think I covered everything?

    Good because if there is any possibility of me falling in a pit I want to know the plan for getting me out is not people standing around going "Why didn't we bring any rope"

    Well I for one brought some rope, and a grappling hook, just in case. Balrik said as he searched the room opposite of Blognaa. Also have a crowbar, and small steel mirror.

    Inside the room you see webs!! Aross the wall up and down the room and a few "cocoons " as well!!

    webs and skittering.... either shut them in or flank the door and draw them out, who knows what secrets their victims may hold...but I don't look forward to more poisons.

    I move back down the hallway from the intersection to within 20' of the door, but on the other side of the passage so I have line of sight into the room. Crossbow ready

    Edit : no need to double post so..ok that's good enough for me ( the doors were directly across from each other is why I was checking)

    Blognaa hears the plan and readies his scythe at the door.

    He uses his "talking to someone 30 feet away in a hailstorm" voice as he proclaims,
    "Wow, that's a lot of sticky threads everywhere! I wonder if there's treasure inside? Boy, it sure would be nice if there weren't creepy thingies in here, like spiders or something. That sure would be bad news for us.

    Blognaa proceeds to make a ton of noise but nothing seems to happen.
    He then ( if anyone wants to stop him at anytime just say so) starts slamming the door over and over ( mumble muble) and over! Nothing still happens!
