.... Clearly, Banjo needs to become the Fifth Color. He fits the definitions; he has followers (Orcs, Ellen, Belkar at one point) and he was created without any help from other gods. He specifically rejects joining the other pantheons, despite Thor and Odin seeming to give it consideration. Additionally, as shown above, his hat is purple; the same color as the one Thor is looking for.

He even has his own pantheon now!

The bare minimum required to contribute to sealing the Rift is a 9th level-worth of divine power. Banjo hasn't enough to to be noticeable by a mid-level human Fighter.

Maybe the Banjo idea could be seen as foreshadowing of the Dark One story line - that the ascension of new gods is crucial to the overall plot. In this sense the panels where Thor and Odin express interest are more than one-liners. They are open to the possibilities. However just because an appetizer consists of a ham and melon sculpture doesn't mean the whole meal will.

Apart from the fact that Dion was replying to hroÞila's own sarcastic post that was referencing a "solution" that was proposed so often that the comic itself adressed it.

You misunderstand me, I was saying that the fact that the post under discussion was posted by Dion, and the nature of the post that post was responding to were clear indicators that it was not serious.

The orc tribe might not worship the blue gods due to being a neglected monster our race. They don’t appear to have worshipped one of the existing pantheons previously, similar to the goblins not worshipping any gods before TDO.
