As the spikes peirced into Umbear/Angler Fish He growled, Spitting up blood over the front of his ice armor, He offered a rude gesture to the Tarrasque

Jaylyn flew straight up another 45 feet, once there she surveyed the battlefield looking for good targets. she switched to Draconic, took a defensive stance and spoke "Ancestors quickly grant me the power to overcome my enemies spell resistances." After she Defensively cast her quicken Sure Casting, Jaylyn found her four spots, and again casting defensively, and staying in Draconic, she spoke once more. "By the Power of my Ancestors protect my allies! and Mars blast my enemies! Mars Meteor Blast Ignite!"

The clerics are unphased by the fire, while the clergy fall to the flame. The black goblin absorbs the fury into his scales as they glow a red light. Looking up his waves a single talon at jaylyn. Looking back to aurix he grins.

Torilee removes her hands from Geiravor's weapon as it transmutes into pure sonic energy! The weapon vibrates in the Princess's hand, but the energy is contained. (All damage is now Sonic, weapon gains Bane (goblin), gains +3 enhancement bonus which stacks with its current enhancement)
The fae pulls from Aurix's spells and casts Displacement on Geiravor. (50% concealment for 21 rounds) She pulls out the wand of Brilliant Inspiration (move action).

Aurix pats the crimson stallion. "This is where we part ways, for now. Take care of the Princess. Defend her!" Handle Animal, DC 10: (1d20+20)[32]

For everyone in the battle, time seemed frozen for a long time. Energy built up in the field, crackling white. After what seemed like months, but was really barely seconds, a figure appeared, and the building energy burst like a bubble with a blinding light!
When everyone's eyes cleared of the white spots from the brilliance, they could see the tarrasque was now turned to stone. Standing on its head was an unassuming bronze-skinned man in chainmail, a rapier on his hip and a tankard in his hand. His eyes were the only thing about him that stood out, practically glowing with a holy radiance, though they gave off no actual light. He surveyed the field, and the goblins and summoned undead fled into the rocky forest.
Then he turned his attention to the heroes.
"I am not actually supposed to interfere, but calling forth this fell beast was, itself, an interference that could not be tolerated once detected," Cayden Cailean said, his voice having a strange, hollow-sounding echo that Aurix recognized as the same way Erastil's archon had sounded. "I was the only one able to address this. This stone curse upon this beast is temporary. It will persist as long as none as strong as you approach it. But if any of you, or your equals, cross that wall, it will reawaken and resume attacking. I expect those who summoned it will be watching, and some may rejoin the fight when you do. Evil beings of your equal will not be able to wake the beast, so you needn't worry about your enemies coming here in secret to use it against you," he said.
With that explanation, the god vanished. It wasn't flashy, like his entrance. There was no light or sound or even a flicker of divine magic. He was simply there, and then gone, as if he had never been.

The battlefield was quiet, the battle ended.

"I HAD IT UNDER CONTROL!!!"

Aurix takes quick stock of the situation, then shouts at Umbear, "You're welcome to go settle up whenever you want, Umbear, but we've got a wave at the castle." The Champion looks around. "Can anybody regenerate my steed's legs? Cause we gotta dash."

Arangin whickered softly and bumped his head against Aurix and then shook his head as if saying no. Minor frustration showed in the red horse's dark eyes, since he couldn't speak.

Aurix opens up a telepathic link to Arangin. "I think I hear your intent. I will go forth to save others, but I WILL see you healed. Rejoin me when you can."

Arangin let out a frustrated snort and shook his mane. His voice in Aurix's mind was surprisingly deep, considering how high pitched a horse's whinny is.
No, you misunderstand. Erastil tells me the battle at the tower ceased the moment Cayden appeared. Our enemy detected his Divine Presence and recalled the demonic forces back into the tower.

Geiravor relaxed a few moments after. She silently inspected the battlefield on both sides of the wall. She paused on the scorch mark that were her paladins. "Damn..."

She walked over to Aurix and Arangin. "Poor horsie. I have no spells to regenerate your legs. I'm sure someone does though." She stroked his mane.

Aurix grimaces, regarding Geiravor as she regards her fallen troops. He puts a hand on her shoulder. "I'm sorry," he says with sympathy. "Got some good news though. Arangin says that the demons have fled from the battlefield. Apparently the advent of the gods drove them off. So we have a reprieve."

*umbear looks around*

"So what now? Hero meeting?"

Geiravor looked to Umbear. "I regrouping is indeed in order. Can you and Aurix take Arangin to a temple for a regeneration?"

[Andrew Markham]

"I should be able to carry him on my own," Aurix says.

He thinks to Arangin, "Arangin, now that the gods have intervened, can you tell me who is controlling the armies? Or anything else we might need to know?"

[Drackstin]

Tasidar lands next to Aurix, Arangin, and Geiravor, but at a distance. he looks down at his hands then at those around him. "I can help Arangin, i have the power to, if you would allow it, it will take a short bit of time. but i think now you might question my intent" he mutters.

[Wolfykins]

I cannot tell you who, Arangin replied, mental voice regretful. As an extension of Erastil, I am bound to the same restrictions he is. If you had not earned the Paladin's Bond, my presence here would constitute an interference. Erastil is doing as much as he can without violating the Laws the gods agreed to.

Umbear looks over the battlefield to see if their foes had retrieved the bodies of thier allies to prevent the heroes from looting thier corpses.

Finding all their corpses, umbear collects the loot for the heroes.

Aurix watches intently and makes a Spellcraft check when he casts.

Tasidar moves to Arangin an touches his side, his hands start to glow in a bright radiant light. "Redivivus" He says as Arangins' leg begins to regenerate and heal his body of any damage.
