Re: Council of Thieves [Bastards of Erebus] (IC)
R14T8: Not able to contribute from this far behind the others, Dusha takes another step back while exhorting her allies, "Keep backing up! That way the crossbows can't shoot us!"
End Round 14, Begin Round 15 ...
R15T24: Erasmus goes to pick up Tia, moving in with his left hand to scoop her over his shoulder. In doing so, a wolf skeleton bites him in his lower sword arm as he tries to ward it away for 6, but fails to pull him down (the other one and Dravano miss him). He then moves around the corner and heads south down the other way. It is as he does this that you get an appreciation of hwo strong Erasmus actually is, for his clothing conceals it .... as carrying Tia and his own gear doesn't exceed a medium load. To accomplish this, he had to drop the short sword so he could keep ahold of the sunrod.
R15T21-20: Blue tiefling stands and grabs her crossbow. Green grabs a short sword (her own having been taken by Erasmus once she fell) from the dead tiefling) and sheathes it, stepping forward some.

Cut off from the main group, Kavina curses Meijen silently before quietly following him up the stairs into the house.
Spoiler: crunch
withdraw up the stairs using stealth to move silently. She has illuminated crossbow out and ready.
Your dialogue from R12T17 indicated that Meijen was intending to withdraw and the Tiefllng comments after seemed to indicate that Meijen left but you never described that he left. Since he did not appear in initiative order after that, I can only assume he went up the stairs.

R15T18.5: Cut off from the main group, Kavina curses Meijen silently before quietly going up the stairs into the house. As she continues up, she quickly realizes that this is *not* the chapel she came in but, yes, some type of house with a basement that had no door to the basement above or below. As she gets near the top of the stairs, she is surprised as as tiefling laying in weight ambushes her! She gets stabbed in the chest for 7 (missing her clones) and it was only a well-placed fast-poke, and could have been much worse. But Kavina is now in a terrible way.

Re: Council of Thieves [Bastards of Erebus] (IC)
Dusha follows the others with hurried strides, hoping that one of them has a plan better than "run". At least keeping up with her diminutive companions isn't too difficult. She does spare a thought for the two of them who'd bolted down unexplored hallways and corridors - hopefully the tunnel system had other exits, else they'd be recovering bodies. There wasn't much of a sense of loss, though, not when she knew that either way she'd be hearing their voices again.

Re: Council of Thieves [Bastards of Erebus] (IC)
R18T19.3-18.3: Aldo swore as he lashed out at the monster on top of him. This was bad, to say the least, but he's got to fight back as best he can. His first stab is so wild that Aldo nearly dazes himself, were it not for his supreme will - the will that kept him from never breaking character on stage. The second attack hits nothing but air.
R18T11: Dusha, Erasmus, and Flycatcher see the wall to the north open up! It was a secret door the heroes didn't find when they were down there before that connected to a passage to the north. Brown tiefling, still looking about timid, steps out and stabs Erasmus with a crit to the chest for 7.
R18T8: Dusha defensively casts a spell, blue energy surrounding her hand, and she touches the wolf skeleton on her. It doesn't do any damage, but she didn't expect it to. She then trusts that her magic took ahold and moves with every ounce of speed she can. She is no acrobat, but she manages to tear past brown-tiefling wth a quick turn of the corner. She ends up in darkness just past Flycatcher.
R18T7: Purple tiefling comes into the hallway and tries to get past Erasmus, who in turn stabs the devil-man in the right forearm for 8. The man was drawing his short sword on the move and then attacks, with Erasmus just parrying the attack.
End Round 18, Begin Round 19 ...
R19T24: Erasmus drops the sunrod with a clatter onto the ground, and then to his shame .... does the same with Tia. He then withdraws as far as he can (far south wall of the crypt beyond, basically the cross-hallway).
R19T22: The amber tiefling comes through the once-secret door and right up to Flycatcher. He has dagger in hand (and Erasmus' starknife still stuck to him). He slashes at the vigilante.
R19T19.5: Flycatcher, you are facing off against the amber tiefling ... his dagger to your rapier. You are in scarlet einhander, an indomitable presence, and Phalanx Fighter running (for whatever that's worth here). Tia's body is on the ground with the sunrod next to her. Erasmus has fled.
