    Hmp. That's not ideal. Oh well.
    I'll cast my Force Screen spell. If that doesn't catch the spider's attention after one round, then I'll yell at the spiders to get their attention, and start rapidly backing off. Ideally, I'll make it so that precisely one spider is possibly in range to charge me.

    I'll grab a stone or fallen branch, and throw it at the spiders, hoping to catch their attention. If they don't react, I'll repeat that until I hit one, and see if that prompts any different response. I'll do this throwing from 10 feet away from the nearest spider, a position that I will slowly approach in case I trigger the spiders before reaching it, so that I can back away if I need to,

    As soon as you approach to within 10 feet of the nearest spider, it jumps at you!

    But it falls short and runs towards you.

    The rest of the spiders leave their webs to head towards you as well.

    You know from experience, that you are a good bit faster than they are.

    If AoO fails: Counter Charge as Immediate action. (d20+4)[10] #opposed str or be shifted 10 ft back.

    On my turn if there's no spider in my square, I'll attack with Shadow Blade Technique (d20+1)[5](d20+1)[9] (d6)[3] Bonus damage (d6)[2] and move back 30 feet, putting a tree between me and as many spiders within range to charge as possible.

    If there is a spider in my square, I'll Withdraw back exactly 40 feet.

    The five surviving spiders follow and surround you but don't enter your square.

    Alright. Huh. That's odd. My maximum power points and manifester level didn't update. I wonder if that's because this is a secondary class?

    I'll go looking for more spiders, hopefully a smaller group. Running away might be a good strategy, but I won't know until I can figure out how much XP killing a spider gets me as opposed to just running away.

    I'll look at the trees around the spider to see if I notice more webs than usual or any other signs that there are spiders there.
