Cydril would return with 'mister dwarf' after the whole shopping-trip and preparation, drafthorses, barrels of water, cooking gear, wagon, tents, etc. etc.

"Allllllll-righty then. Here we all are. Who'll be driving the wagon? I'd happily take lead in front on my own mount. The frontline scout to keep a lookout, so to speak."

Breaking camp after the first night, Cydril notices a small piece of fabric. Investigating, he finds clues that one or maybe two humanoids were sleeping in a large nearby bush around twenty paces from where you slept.

Cydril made a grimace at the piece of fabric. He nudged the others awake (if any of them was still asleep) and made a 'shush' motion before pointing towards the brush area, pointing two fingers at his eyes, then holding up two fingers before pointing once more at the brush area - I see two beings over there. I am not sure what they are.


(Do we have to spend food and water and such? Also spell refreshment and such, can we do it now? I don't have much to work with for the IC post from you DM, so is a little unsure if we've already slept, if we just made camp, etc.)

Gaelin is annoyed at the interruption to his trance... for about three seconds. When he realizes that there might be something to fight, he grins and pulls an entire longbow out of his quiver. He motions for Cydril to stay back as he quietly makes his way over to the bushes while nocking an arrow.
