    You may want to tweak this because the ability tapping the chain token is an activated ability of an artifact and hence, as written, couldn't be used to tap itself. Also, you probably want to change it to "tap an untapped permanent you control" and/or switch the cost and effect around, otherwise you can float a mana and all the chains try to tap a land that is already tapped.

    I like the timing on this one. They come in on your turn, and damage your opponents on theirs, with the drawback of getting to attack you right away as revenge. I can imagine an archetype that cares about your opponents having creatures and has trouble functioning against creatureless decks without this.

    I think this idea might have been better off using some other mechanism. The tap ability feels less effective than just making you pay mana or life each upkeep, and kind of obfuscates what you're really trying to do, which I think is tax other activated abilities.

    This is hilarious! It also kills you as fast as it kills your opponent - faster, if you're using a meme deck built for the purpose. At least it means we don't need to worry too much about the low cast.

    Okay, lets see if this works as a mono white and monoblack card. Lifelink on all humans is very white but not super black. Huh, this card can end up with a ton of +1/+1 counters on it but will always be a 1/1. Thats p strange especially when it can only give one +1/+1 counter away per turn. Compare it to luminarch aspirant that does something similar for 2 less. I think if this is the design you like it should be able to move the counters a little faster or maybe to all humans you control like Mikaeus, the Lunarch. Also its a little complicated for an uncommon.

    This is really interesting! The first level doesn't do anything but spoofing a level two class for 4 can be decent. Its a little annoying that it won't trigger any of the "on level up" effects but that seems fair. Spoofing level 3 classes is where this really has pay off.

    Interesting! I worry that this might get kind of oppressive with discard effects that let you see your opponents hand. I like how this transforms from a prevention piece into something where you want your own cards named at the end.

    Whenever you manifest a card, create an aura enchantment token attached to it. It has " enchant permanent, Totem Armor, and "if enchanted permanent is a creature, it gets +1/+1 and is a Dog""

    (2/g)(2/g)(2/g)(2/g): Dogs you control gain hexproof, trample, and "when this creature deals damage to a player, draw a card for each attacking dog" until end of turn.

    -1: Choose target creature in your graveyard that is named Mowu, Loyal Companion or is a Dog with mana value 3 or less. Return it to the battlefield.
    -5: Search your library for X basic lands, where X is the number of Dogs you control, and put them on the battlefield, then shuffle.
    Jiang Yanggu, Adept Trainer can be your commander.
    4 starting loyalty

    (Assume this gets printed in a commander deck that reprints Mowu, Loyal Companion)
