Re: TARDIS II: Hunt for the Doctor (Structured)
It doesn't exactly look like this game is starting up again, so should we go and reveal roles?

Korias is still around, so if we keep posting here, we might be noticed and the game might continue

Re: TARDIS II: Hunt for the Doctor (Structured)
Nonsense, such harsh measures are not necessary. We'll have a good old fashioned take-over. Everyone still playing can PM me their roles and I'll restart the game. Sure I've no Dr. Who experience except for that one Dr. Who Choose your Own Adventure game I read once, but I had no Star Trek knowledge and apparently I ran Empire II pretty well.

But does everyone know who they are? There could be special roles we're missing...

Anyone tried PMing Korias yet? If not. I am more inclined towards ending this game and possibly starting a new one.

Re: TARDIS II: Hunt for the Doctor (Structured)
Hmmmm...time to end this!
If you chose to stay and fight, click here
SpoilerYou battle bravely, but are overrun eventually and are slain by cannibals. You are smothered in BBQ sauce and eaten. You are delicious. However, because you died bravely in battle, you are taken by valkyries to Valhalla where you get to have a happy afterlife.
If you choose to go through the tunnels
Spoiler
The cannibals chase after you. A battle ensues. Someone sets off an explosive that causes the tunnel to collapse on top of you. All people with special roles are killed as are all the cannibals in the tunnels., but any normal travellers manange to survive. Unfortunately, the Tardis has left without you while you dug yourselves free, so you are stranded on this strange Earth. Good luck!! The good news is that the sacrifice of the special roles has greatly reduced the cannibal population.
If you tried to set up a distraction
Spoiler
You manage to find a video store, come up with a great plan.
You rig 4 TV's to each play a different version of a Robin Hood movie. The wild men are distracted by Robin Hood: Prince of Theives, Disney's Robin Hood, Robin Hood: Men in Tights, and Robin Hood (with Errol Flynn).
While the cannibals debate which Robin Hood is the best, you all sneak away to the Tardis and find a note from the Doctor which reads

As the game seems to be finished for sure, should everyone say their roles?

Re: TARDIS II: Hunt for the Doctor (Structured)
I was a Crew Member, but became the Doctor after helping out the army as a pilot (on day three).
I could scry someone every night, which would pierce someone's alpha status. Other than that, it was pretty much like a regular scry.
In the event of my death, I would 'regenerate': the role of Doctor would be transferred to one of the other surviving crew members. However, since all the masons were completely inactive, this ability was useless. After pointing this out to Korias, he agreed to change the ability so that I could survive a single night kill, just like Captain Jack.
This sure was a fun game. Shame that it ended this way though.Spoiler

Re: TARDIS II: Hunt for the Doctor (Structured)
I'm fairly certain that I was either one of those 'useless masons' - or, more likely, just a citizen.
It's been so long since the game updated that I've entirely forgotten.Catatar made for me many years ago ... pretty sure by banjo1985

I'm 100% positive that you weren't one of the masons, so you were probably a citizen.

I don't think anyone will be surprised whenI say that little Meepo was indeed the Keeper of the Pocket Watch. Shame this game ended like it did.
