None of you have actually met Sildar, but it's entirely reasonable to conclude that this would be him. A successful Medicine check will let you patch him up enough to be coherent once you've left the cave

Edit: Healing spells are also an option, but given you don't want to take him if he isn't Sildar I figure you wouldn't want to spend the spell

On the plus side we now have a rough idea where King Grol is, so unless anyone has any other ideas I assume now is as good a time as any to head to Phandalin?

I suspect Matt4 is also out. I'm going to start moving characters whose players haven't posted out of the party, I can't run three NPC party members on top of the game. I will keep Myrus in the party for now, so you're not suddenly down a cleric and because he ties in with Netish, but I'll need to make a new stat block for him.

Sorry for the delay, I have been looking for a job recently. I will move us ahead to when everyone gets to the inn, if that works. The restrictions on purchasable items in Phandalin is that they don't have magic items and anything other than armor that costs more than 25 GP isn't available. Armor over 75 GP is also not available. Anyone who wants to buy any gear can be assumed to do so before we move on

I assume youre talking healing potions there, dont have that kind of money yet :)
Was looking for any other potions, but perhaps its better to look for what I want, rather than just to ask whats available in Phandalin. Hoever, Im not that good in knowing what is around or where to find a list to shop from, any links available as reference? The PHB doenst have a complete list i think.

PS Im waiting IC to get that conversation going with Sigrun and the others to decide our next move.

Ah, yeah, 5th edition doesn't really want magic items to be purchasable so there's very few listed prices for anything magical beyond healing potions and low-level spellcasting services. There wouldn't be much to find in a frontier town like Phandalin anyway; the only wizard anyone has seen recently is Sildar's contact Iarno and you already know he went missing. Healer's Kits are available though and good in a pinch

I'd like to make this a group Deception check to blend in. Smelkie has advantage: when you walk in you can tell this is your element from your Background. Anyone going with Netish's plan, assuming Netish explains how they should act, will also receive advantage on the roll (This advantage can go to any 1 person in the party and will also give advantage to Netish)

I don't think I'll need advantage. I've a decent Charisma score, even though I've no proficiency.
