The fire of fury still burns in Netish’s deep red eyes. As she watches her enemy fall before her, she grins in triumph and steps over the body. And with wordless snarls she lunges for the next opponent.

Della cracks another goblin on the head and her follow-up kick only misses because the goblin drops dead. Yorrel quickly revives Smelkie and curses the nearest goblin. Maria's firebolt immolates a goblin. Netish rushes another goblin, but it sucks away just in time

To clarify, when JNA asked how many goblins were remaining, I was accounting for the goblins I just said we're killed as those turns had already been taken.

Rolling for Myrus as Vorpal Glaive has not posted and it has been a few days. Reminder that if you need to you can request we proceed with your turn. My current policy is to not risk such PCs on dangerous moves, but I will always try to make your turn have value to the party.

With a gasp Smelkie wakes up, eyes wide open instantly sitting upright. A bit puzzled he looks around as to what the *beep* happened.
Seeing Yorrel dart of, he tastes the berry flavour in his mouth. "wh-... what happened?"

Getting his bearings back he looks around and realises the battle is still on. He grasps his bow and looks for a target as the adrenaline kicks in immediately.

Wrenching her greataxe from Klarg, Sigrún lets out a disappointed sigh. She then moves over to Smelkie, offers a hand up and says "Can't say we didn't try to be diplomatic."

With the goblins dead, Netish sighs as the focus and adrenaline of combat leaves her. Using the clothes of one of the goblins to wipe her sword clean, she replaces the blade on her back, then lifts one of the goblins up by an arm.

Scrawny. Not strong.

She looks over to where the bugbear lies after being killed by Sigrun. She looks at the wounds.

Excellent work, though not flashy enough for the arena. But then again, they would perhaps be too busy watching the one who did the work. I would.

The goblins dead, you all move about the cavern. There is an exit to the north, leading into another cavern with a louder sound of flowing water. Yorrel sees no goblins on their way up, though it is dark if you try to peer too far from the fire. You can tell there is a small slope back down, though nowhere near as steep as the chimney.

As the rest of you look about the room and the various goods the goblins seem to have stolen for this hoard, you realize a significant amount of the boxes and barrels in the room bear the same marking, a shield with a lion's head on it. There is also a chest in the far corner of the room.

"Nothing on the way," Yorrel reports, peering as far into the cavern as she can. "Did they say anything about where Rockseeker was before the fight broke out?"

Answering Yorrel she says "Gundren was already collected by Grol, so we'll need to plan our next steps, but Sildar is still here somewhere. We should find him first and see what he has learned."

"I don't think we should stop to inspect goods in the middle of the enemy's lair," Yorrel says. "Let's find Sildar first, then we can come back here if there's time."

The chest lock opens with a *click* and... there's no issue. The chest contains a decent pile of copper and silver, two potions, and a jade statuette of a frog with golden orb eyes

Lonnie admires the jade frog. "That's a nice little statue," she says. "Smelkie, the berry do you good? Do you need another?"

Smelkie turns to Lonnie once he sees everybody relaxing, especially with Yorrel telling thats there are no more goblins incomming.

" Yes, I must have passed out. But this berry makes me feel much better somehow, thank you. I believe I still have one myself actually." He starts looking through his stuff and pulls out the berry. "See, there we go" as he chomps it down, straight into his small belly. "Now I have another berry in my belly"

He gets up and walks to the boxes and crates and takes a good look at them. He scans a few to see if he can open them safely and continues to open them. Just to get a feel on what inside of them and, well perhaps its lucrative to take some of its contents.

"Well they're not going to need this stuff any more," Sigrún laughs, passing the frog statue to Lonnie, "So you can have it."

She then pockets the silver and copper and hands one of the potions to Smelkie and says "We can figure out who gets the rest of stuff after we've found Sildar, unless anyone else is hurt?"

Maria is anxious to get going and is more worried then ever about her guardian. She asks, "Who is this Grol and where exactly are he and Gundrenn? Do you mean they are not in this dungeon?"

The crates with the lion shield emblem contain finished goods: farm and mining tools, work clothes, one or two have a handful of weapons (perhaps unsurprisingly, it seems to be scimitars, short bows, and arrows). The other crates and barrels seem to be half-looted and contain various goods from sugar, salt, and flour to dried meat, coffee and tea, and even a few casks of ale.

In addition to the slight healing, Smelkie won't need to eat for the next day.

"Yay!" Lonnie says, and lifts the jade frog to her face. "I'll name you Arthur."

When Maria brings up that someone is still in danger, she quickly pockets Arthur. "She makes a good point-Gundrenn still needs us."

Netish looks over the weapons. Nothing of terribly great value, at least not to her. Though she does go through the weapons long enough to see if there is a pair of scimitars that are close enough to identical for her to wield. And unless anyone stops her, she also goes through the clothing to find something better than the old worn down tunic she is wearing.

Sigrún will look for another way out of the room so she can begin searching for Sildar.

"This way," Yorrel says, standing at the northern exit she was looking down for enemies. "We need to be quiet again–I can hear water, so it might be part of the floodable area."

"Thanks for this potion, anybody got a clue to what it is? Also I take we will be splitting that coin later" he says with a moan at Sigrún.

"I am not feeling to well, I won't be taking the lead this time venturing forward."
He positions himself in the middle of the group when they move deeper in the cave.

Lonnie asks to examine the potions, and when allowed to, she gives them a good sniff. Nodding knowingly, she then pours a single drop from each onto her palm. "Healing potions-not the same recipe as my parent uses, but they'll heal you up right."

Netish, seeing the others preparing to move on, hurriedly stuffs the clothing into the sack she carries with a rope, and ties the scimitars to the rope and gets ready to follow along. She, as usual, follows beside Myrus.

Della leaves the investigation to the younger members of the party, taking the occasion to take a breather. Wow, that was much more intense than she expected.

She takes a last look at the crests on the boxes, before following the others toward the rest of the cave.
