Merry shows up just long enough to spear Crimson with a lot of rays of fire, then vanishes. (4 hits, 9, 10, 10, 6-> 4, 5, 5, 3).
Crimson passes his save (9+10=19 vs DC 17) against Command. His axe burns his hands (18->9), but he holds on to it.
Lanius has one arrow fly true and hit (30->15). Likewise, Jessica attacks twice, scoring one hit (19->9).
Crimson starts to leap for Hyra, but Jessica's attack pins him in place (hit for 15->7). He turns his fury on her instead, swinging with wide strokes.

Red flames play over the body of the dragonborn (5 hits; 12, 4, 9, 7, 6-> 6,2,4,3,3 = 18).
Hyra charges in with her hammer and fire (hit for 9->4, 13->6 = 10).
Lanius contributes two more arrows (27->13, 14->7 = 20), then Jessica hits him twice as well (23->11, 19->9=20). He's looking pretty beat up and tired.
Crimson yanks a paper bag out of a pouch under his cloak and throws it on the ground, where it explodes in a puff of white smoke.

Allard, the guardian of the Tomb of the Emperors of Shazzaran, has guarded the Tomb for the last three centuries. You wish to defeat him, and thus gain access to the untold wealth of the fallen empire. Having made your way through a long and confusing mage full of illusions, you find yourself in an open room, approximately 120’ square, with a 40’ high ceiling. Phosphorescent moss on the ceiling and walls glows with a dim purple color, leaving the room dimly lit. The entry you came in by closes behind you with the sound of grinding stone.
Across the room from you is a dark silhouette, featureless and seemingly made of shadow. It is 120' away from you.

Lanius runs forward, loosing three arrows. One hits for 12 damage. Allard lifts his hand, and an immensely bright ball of light momentarily washes out the shadows.
In its wake, you see a dark, shadowy hound charging towards Hyra.

Jessica dashes forward in a burst of speed, trying to close with the shadowy spellcaster.
Merry's spell surrounds Allard. Hyra moves up. The hound tries to bite her as she passes, but misses, and she strips off Allard's blink spell. Her summoned Celestial fires three arrows, one of which is deflected at the last moment by a hasty conjuration (Shield).
The Hound pursues Hyra, trying in vain to bite her.
