It can't be denied that she's a kinda pervert and right now she has a huge confidence boost thanks to her newfound feminity.
She was enrolled to Celestine Academy because despite all, she wanted a new start as people tend to say that she has changed... She haven't changed, this is the real Nessa that she always wanted to be.
