Sure, after hearing multiple people express interest in improving their social skills, Brand sets up an impromptu drama class, running the group through... what play would he pick for this... a few scenes from "Twelfth Night". Focus of the lesson is on understanding what your partner is trying to do so you can play off them (Empathy), amplifying your own emotional display for the audience (Presence), and [if someone else wants to learn a different skill that Brand has, let me know and I'll try to come up with a way to work it in].

Brand is going to save his own XP for Legend 4. A lot of things on my wishlist are gated behind that, and it'll also give an immediate benefit to Brawl thanks to my Ability Geas.

And indeed, there's no way to increase Birthrights with points. They normally increase over the course of play in various ways: non-supernatural followers accrue as your profile in the World increases, some relics are captured (nearly every titanspawn and titan has a trophy relic of some sort), and gods give you more powerful creatures, guides, followers, and relics as you become more powerful, and thus more useful to them.

For one example of a way to increase Birthrights, Elena indicated she could readily give Mateusz a relic that will let him channel the Star Purview.

A mechanical question - if Im buying Epic Attributes and I have custom Virtues (compared with default ones for my Pantheon), do I pay +1 EXP? Or only for "superpowers" (Sky, Moon etc.) but not Super Attributes (Appearance etc.)?

EDIT: Okay, I updated my CS. I hope I could use the Training Knack to get Empathy 2 for 2 EXP? (That was kinda my assumption here...)? ;-)

EDIT 2: Hm... Maybe I shall spend 1 EXP for learning basic Medicine...? What do you think?

+1 XP cost is only for Boons, not Epic Attributes or Knacks.

If Brand teaches you Empathy, it would cost 1 point for the first rank (half of 3 round down), then 1 point for the second rank (half of 2, no rounding), and 2 points for the third rank (half of 4, no rounding).

Julian, make an Intelligence+Investigation roll. -2 dice if you don't have the Investigation skill.

God, I think my calculations are mesed up? :-( I mean, I had before 1 rank in EMpathy and I calculated the cost of 2nd rank as 2 (I think???), including the Teaching Knack?
