It kind of got ported to 5e, but what about the humble "explosive runes"?
For something less cheesy, how about Sakkaratar's Tripple Strike, which is basically haste but multi-target and attack-only. But it's +2 attacks explicitly rather than just "an extra". Only lasts 1 round too, but if you have an attack-heavy party this could be good burst.
