Arcane Weapon is a 1st-level spell, UA, and Artificer-only. Artificer Initiate could grab it, if the spell is allowed.
Elemental Weapon is a 3rd level spell that's not on the Wizard list. You cannot get it without multiclassing or DM intervention.

Edit: Actually, if you have someone else capable of casting Elemental Weapon and have a spell-storing item, you could borrow the spell, effectively. But not cast it on your own power.

Would Magic Weapon or Shadow Blade work?

Because both are accessible to Eldritch Knights, while the ones you listed, as explained by JNAProductions, aren't.

Yes, they would. I totally forgot about artificer initiate, I'm also playing a homebrewed version of the EK (Swap evo for transmutation among other things) but thanks for the help regardless!

The Izzet Engineer background, if Ravnica backgrounds are allowed, adds Elemental Weapon among other spells to every class you have.
