I was looking at applications of different cantrips using Pathfinder base with 3.5 ported. Prestidigitation with Magic Trick(Prestidigitation) lets you color hair for a month which is nice. I believe it was Pathfinder Vices that also gave it the depilatory effect to be able to trim hair as opposed to Book of Erotic Fantasy having it as a separate cantrip. Add in the hair growth side effect from Dragon Magazine 302(IIRC) and you have a fantastic hairdresser for the low low price of one feat and a cantrip. You can also remake that scene from Stardust where they’re in Captain Shakespear’s cabin getting a makeover. Not really potent but a fun bit for a gnome NPC to have.

Any other niche sort of combinations for mundane applications of cantrips anyone cares to share?
