A character has the option to deal unarmed damage as part of a grapple. A monk can deal lethal unarmed damage (in this case 1d6 plus strength) and I'm a Spiker (with natural 'spiked armor') that deals an additional 1d6 in a grapple. You should have seen what would have happened if I actually Pinned you.
