As I understand it, you don't take the CON damage, because you didn't take any damage from the bite attack: Longtooth Elite kind of specifies that. I have no idea about the concentration check, though.

Also, I've been doing my statblocks wrong, I think. While Raging, my saves are actually 6/2/3, not 4/4/3. I've been using the right number for rolls, but the references are wrong. So... Oops? Please don't disqualify me?
