Tex seems to be busy trying to look like he isn't there, staying near the truck. The mans eyes follows Takashi's "Your not the only one we will be questioning. Now, I believe this man was working with a woman, he says pointing to the picture of Shivya, "They escaped without a trace." He then further points to another picture, the one that looks similiar to the image of the comms girl "This one has already been caught, and is likely the cause of the records being erased. Know of her?"

The man closes the folder and looks to the other man in the suit, "Hmm.... Looks like we may have to take them in afterall." The other one steps back towards their black car, to the rear passenger door.

The man at the car opens the door to the back seat, and steps aside, and another person steps out; a small woman, with pixie-like features, and pale porcelin like skin "It's good to see you don't turn in other awakened easily, eventually they must be made to answer for their crimes. I'd learn to shield your mind though, questions are not the only thing the Technocracy will ask if they catch you."

"Anna." She seems more annoyed than anything. "If you knew who was truly after you, and who you have been helping further their goals, you wouldnt find it interesting at all, in fact your would find it to be foolish. Do you truly know what it is you were doing in the casino?" The other 2 men step back towards the car.

Anna still seems quite annoyed "There is nothing simple about that operation to get information at all. It would have led the Technocracy to start a witch hunt for them, had we not intercepted it. It was something one of us had to give their life to accomplish." she continues glaring at Takashi "Even if your mind wasn't shouting the things you have done, it would be easy to tell your nothing but a liar."

Takashi gritted his teeth. His fingers flexed anxiously. It was a strong affront to call him him a liar. "You make a bold claim. You act as if I orchestrated and implemented the entire operation. Yet, I was just hired on for a simple job. I killed no one and discouraged the act of killing too many teammates. Do not presume to accuse me."

Shivapriya makes it easy on Piers by using entropy to find the best place right off the bat, and life 2/mind 2 to make it roach and pest free the second they hit the door. She sits on the sagging narrow bed opposite his, her heels resting against her slim thighs. She brings her palms together at the level of her heart, and quietly chants,

    "Oh, the victorious one
Liberator from the woes of birth and death.
    Preserver,
    Bearer of skulls,
The mother of all, the merciful who pardons every wrong,
The sublime provider and creator, nourisher of the universe,
Destroyer of demons Sumbha, Nisumbha, and Dhumralochana,
    Grant enlightenment, victory over desire,
    Eliminate lust, desire, and anger,
    Annihilator of the demon Mahisha,
Which gave joy and comfort to the pious,
The eternal refuge of the worried and dejected, once who is ever there to help,
The ultimate refuge to all and destroyer of all evil,
    O Narayani
    !"

Once she finishes, she intones a long, low, monosyllabic, "Aum," which takes a long moment to terminate in the gloom of the room. Once she is done, she closes her eyes. A profoundly deep sense of peace pervades the room. "Sleep, Piers," she whispers. "You'll feel better in the morning."

Piers remained silent through the chanting, and when she is finished, Piers goes to his bag, pulls out some rum, slams a shot, and then after putting it back into the bag, crawls into bed, heading for sleep.

She pulls a cellphone out of her pocket and brings it up to her ear before it starts ringing "Yes?"

Telepathy...there was most likely truth in what the woman said, he had come to believe that the technocracy most likely was involved in the previous operation. But this assault on his mind was not right. Taking the moment of rest he tries to empty his mind of all thoughts, making it as calm as the ocean on a windless day.

Anna continues talking on her cellphone for the moment finishing up with something to the effects of "Very well, meet me at PDX." After she is done, she slips the phone back into her pocket and glances at Takashi <Your going to have to try a bit harder than that. Now, I can either do this the nice way, and you come with us, or I can have Mr. Smith drag you, Mr. Daishi. Either way, we have some people we need to locate fast, and standing around talking about it isnt going to save them.>

The effect stops her from reading Takashis mind, though does nothing to block her telepathy.

(Things like using Mind 1 to empty mind requires a roll, they aint up unless you say they are, until then I assume your not going to choose to do so. Some sits, is can be assumed as such.)

Anna seems amused by this statement, though doesn't say anything. She glances at Tex and nods. She then steps towards the black car, and gestures to the passenger seat, and hops into the drivers seat herself, while the other 2 get in the back. "I'd highly recommend buckling your safety belt." Almost as soon as the doors are closed, she jumps back on the road, soon it becomes apparent why she mentioned safety belts, and if she wasn't constrained by Tex needing to follow... she would probably drive faster. With in a few hours, she turns into a road leading up to the airport towards a hangar. Inside, waiting is a Leer Jet, which she almost immediately jumps out of the car once it stopped and walks --almost dances over to.

Takashi, who normally forgos seatbells prefering to keep his own balance, quickly buckles his beltfor bumpy and extremely illegal ride. Upon arriving at the destination, he gets out of the car. Looking around the hangar he tentatively follows Anna.

Anna walks up the ladder into the jet, with the 2 other men staying back with the car. Tex steps out of his truck, and tosses the keys to one of the men "Take care of her." Once inside the jet, Anna slips into the pilots seat, and puts a headset on, and begins flicking switches to power up the aircraft. "Normally I dont like to play pilot, but the fewer who know, the safer we are. We should be airborne in about 15 minutes." She finishes going through the checklist, and applies some power to the engines to begin taxing towards the runway, which is soon followed by the jet zooming off into the air towards San Francisco, from what could be gathered from the airport designator she tossed into the flight plan.

"Ultimately buying some time to give some awakened the chance to escape the Technocracy closing in on them. There also is the chance to take down a few of their henchmen. Once we land, Im afraid we will have to wait for a bit before continuing on." Once the plane lands, Anna tells the other two to remain around the plane, since they will be taking off again soon. She then sneaks off somewhere for awhile. Tex seems content to wait in one of the seats in the plane, sleeping.

The time Takashi takes too look around the plane only turns up a penny, and its shiny.

After awhile Anna comes back "Looks like we will be staying here for a bit longer. She brings a couple bags of various drinks, and food aboard for those that are hungry. This seems to wake up Texm who pulls a beer and makes himself a sandwich. Anna on the other hand moves towards the back of the plane, and lays down on the comfortable bench that seems to double as a place to sleep, then pulls out a book, something about Vampires or some such by the looks of the title.

The plan stays at the airport overnight, and in the morning, Anna begins the process of taking off for Vegas. The flight itself is a fairly quick flight. Once they have landed in Vegas, and the plane is taxied back into one of the hangars. Once off the plane, she has them follow her to the parking lot, and has them wait a bit, until she somes back in a fast looking red car. "Come, lets get a hotel room, then I must go take care of some business." She checks in a hotel in one of the large casinos, getting two rooms, apparently one for herself, and one for the other two, which she hands the key to. She seemed to mesmerize the man at the desk into completing the process in less than 5 minutes or so. "I leave it up to you both to stay out of trouble while I go take care of some business." Tex grunts and mentions something about finding him at the nearest poker table.
