"Actually, yes i have a few. How will we get to the country? While I do not carry much that could be considered contraband, im sure that others at this table do, and more importantly im sure they might have....less than legal 'ware," Jucie says as he once again looks over his companions.

"Second, will it be payment plus expenses? As im sure most of us dont have many contacts there, aquiring the gear and greasing the wheels will cost money....a fact I am sure you are aware. While twenty five thousand is a lot of money, It does not change the fact that if something unexpected happens we do not have the network in place that we have here. The added risk of this surely justifies adding expenses to the account, besides if it really is just someone's missing rich daughter, they can afford too"

Once again leaning back in his chair Juice meets Mr. Johnsons gaze.

"You will have to be able to board a regular flight. But as far as I know that should not be a problem for any of you, at least I was assured it won't be. And you will get an additional 25K for bribes and expenses, should you have need for them."

Though clearly not accustomed to dinners of this kind, Cat doesn't seem uneasy at all. Her table manners might be a bit awkward, but they're acceptable after all. When the conversation comes to business, she leans back in her chair and listens closely. Juice's comment about illegal ware earns him a leery, somehow disgusted glance.

Placing his hand on Cat's hand and giving her a resuring smile while leaning towards her, "No offense intended, but im sure you know how picky those security guards can be."

Taking another drink from his glass, Jucie pulls out his pocket secetary and proceds to look up restrictions on magic for the country.

With an icy glance, the orc pulls her hand out from beneath Juice's.
"That's what I can't stand about you magicians - you think it gives you the right to pry on everyone without asking for permission. So if you ever again feel like taking a closer look at me, I'd prefer you'd ask first." That's clearly no request...

Frank noticed the exchange between Cat and Juice, and nodded to Cat when she made her point. Turning back to Mr. Johnson, he said, "Though I can't speak for the others, the agreement sounds reasonable enough to me, though I'll need some personally identifying information to narrow the Matrix search for her. When do we fly out, or are we on our own for transportation?"

Johnson watched the exchange between Cat and Juice in silence, then he answered Frank's question: "You will get more information, as soon as I have all your answers. Your flight leaves tomorrow at noon and you will get open ended return tickets."

"I'm in", Cat declares as she turns toward Mr. Johnson.

Looking up from his PDA, Juice says ", Im in."

Hawk eats his food calmly, cocnentrating more on the people at the table than the food itself, though he does seem able to enjoy good food ... when Cat made her statement, he nodded in agreeance, but left it at that - the others did the talking pretty efficiently, or so he seemed to think.

As the last to not have replied, he nodded yet again. "I'm in."

After all runners have agreed, the Johson nods. "Very good." He gestures to the gnome who puts a datachip and a holopicture on the table. The picture shows a very young and pretty elven girl with black hair and gray eyes. A dusting of freckles on her nose and cheeks makes her look mischievous as does her broad grin. She wears a white shirt and jeans and looks more tomboyish than alluring. "This is Mira Romain. The picture was taken before she started on her travels two months ago. She and her bodyguards and guardian arrived in Vienna, the capital of Austria, a week ago. Two days ago she disappeared after a clubbing in the Sofiensälen. Information on schedules and activities can be found on the chip."

"Thank you," Frank said as he took the datachip and slotted it just long enough to upload the data into memory. Replacing the chip on the table for the others to examine, he scrolled through the data briefly while looking at the picture on the table.

The chip contained mostly travel itineraries and information on Mira's hobbies and personality, plus that of her bodyguards - Wilson Clark, an Ex-Cop from the Sioux Nation, and Isis Corrigan, a mage from TT - and 'nanny' - Celine Isaacs, a teacher by trade and CAS-native.

Hawk took the chip next, inserting it briefly into his PDA to copy all data on it, then passed it on to the next ...

He browsed the Data quickly, while listening to what the others said and remarked. Then he looked up, to Johnson. "Excuse me, but it seems one of the Bodyguards is awakened ... didn't the girl leave some hairs behind, so she could just track her down?"

[Liliedhe]

"That was already tried and brought no conclusive result. She couldn't be found."

[Dirk_Loechel]

The elf looks at Johnson, stern faced. "Then she's either behind some very good magical security, or not alive any more. If the latter happens to be the case, how do you want us to proceed with the mission?"

[Liliedhe]

"Still find her. Closure is a gift." The Johnson's smile is just a little too aware to be accidental.

"If she's dead, the authorities should be notified. Should we leave that to her bodyguards, then?" Frank asked.

[Liliedhe]

"Yes, you can leave the paperwork to them."

"Does anyone else have any questions? If not then we need to prepare," Juice says while looking at his companions.

[Battlecat]

After shortly checking on the data, Cat puts the chip into one of her jackets pockets.

"No questions", she announces curtly and shakes her head.

Frank had been digging through the chip data he had uploaded, and didn't register Juice's question at first. After Cat spoke, he said, "Eh? Oh, sorry. I don't have anymore questions at the moment. I may tomorrow, though."

"Me neither, save for ... will standard German linguasofts suffice, or will we need an accent add-On?"

[Liliedhe]

"Standard should work." The Johnson shrugs. "I don't know if add ons for the Viennese slang do even exist." He looks everyone over and places several credstick in a folded napkin on the table. "Your expenses and tickets. The tab is already payed. Feel free to order dessert, if you want to. Good night."

He waits for you to check everything and, if there are no more complaints, rises and leaves with his bodyguards.

Frank stood with their host to shake his hand as he departed. Resuming his seat, he looked around for their waitress, and ordered creme brulee for desert when she came back. It only made sense to take full advantage of a paid tab, after all. Continuing to chat with any of his remaining team mates, he followed desert with a strong espresso before leaving the restaurant himself. It was going to be a long night of Matrix activity, and he needed as much caffeine as possible to fuel it.

Hawk feels free to order desert, pleasanty surprised to find Elaishon on the menu, and proceeded a polite chat with the former cop, reavealing little about himself, though. Passing up on the Espresso, he left slightly before Keating to cehck the balance of his credstick and indulge in some business related activity before he'd go to bed.

Frank cheerfully chatted with Hawk and any of the others for as long they remained in the restuarant, and respected Hawk's evasiveness about his background. He'd encountered plenty of 'shadowrunners' while working for Lone Star, and no few in the last year since retiring. Frank offered subtle reassurances he wasn't in law enforcement anymore, but wasn't surprised they weren't appreciated.

After taking leave of Johnson and his Bodyguards, Cat orders desert, too, and engages in conversation with the others.
