From the top of my mind, I would say it is 20 % since there is only a 5 ft distancebeetween you two.

The ledge...I dont have a bloody idea . Probably, but cant be sure... he would get a bonus for being on higher ground and a penalty for cover rules.

Sam and I already discussed this, so we're on the same page, but here's a little clarification for anyone that may be watching.

When I took falling damage back in round 4, I incorrectly marked it as lethal damage.
