Second, there is no AoO. You can take a 5 foot step in any round that you do not move... Drawing a stored item is a move-equivalent action, not a move action itself.

Normally, I would call this by DQ. Valgunn hasn't been seen in over 2 days, however, there are mitigating circumstances.

Let me go over some things...

1. Curtis, Valgunn raises some key points. (ie. You should have a greater penalty to your greatsword attack, etc.). This should have been fixed already, and will probably get you into the criminally truant characters list.

2. Mind thrusts allow a will save to negate damage. Those need to be made.

So, Here is my ruling: Valgunn has two days from this point to make the will saves, and Curtis has two days to redo his previous turn, with the correct modifiers to his attack. If neither of you does this, this will become a double DQ. If one of you does your part, and the other does not, it will be called in favor of the active player.

Further, Curtis, you NEED to correct your sheet. I don't know who posted that you check out (it may even have been me, i do not know) but they missed some things. You are in a round, and if those things are not checked off by a ref by the beginning of the your next match, you will be DQed.

This is how I will handle the situation here, as there has been considerable messing up (from the spectators giving strategy to players ignoring necessary actions, and more). If a higher level ref would like to change this ruling, they obviously can, but I think this is fair given that neither has posted in over two days, but both need to make actions.
