if it is clinging (1d20+3)[12] +1 reflex, +2 rolling on ground. vs 18
if it does not cling, i will be hiding (1d20+6)[13] and readying an action, MM him if i see him.

that is the cheeziest character ever.. i guess i will make a dragonborn that has quicken, cling, and heighten as his 3 feats.. free action to deal the damage and the enemy is dead, as the saving throw will be well into the 20's....

Don't know how you're going to get the save into the 20s, my 24 Con gives +7 and Ability Focus +1 for 18. It'll be cool if you can do it though, definitely looking forward to seeing that build. The nice thing about DB's breath is it can't be screwed by energy resistance, so long as you know which energy to choose. The weakness is that getting the range adds soooo much delay. If they make the save, or you roll a 1 on initial damage; you're screwed. If you can't hide long enough for the cling to take them out, you're equally screwed. I do thing there's alot of possibility with what you do with class. Ultimately, I think taking DFA is not the best way to go. I'd suggest a spellcaster for versatility.

Chile, not sure if you saw, i assume you did, but you take Heighten, as you can increase your Saving throw DC by your con modifier. and each +1 to DC adds 1 round.
From your example, if you took heighten instead of ability focus, that would give you an extra +6 to DC, for a DC of 24.
which means at first level even a rogue with 20 dex, only has a +7 reflex, so they still need a 17 + to save. And with the option of being able to spit any energy you want, as long as your opponent doesn't have resists to all, you are sitting happy.
for feats, i would look at Cling, Heighten, and then either maximize or quicken. The problem with max, is it becomes a full round. so they can run away. Quicken on the otherhand makes it a free action. and you can still do something else to them or full run away.
