Erfworld Wiki Update

The original dedicated-Erfworld-wiki thread is a couple pages down the forum, so I'm starting a new one rather than resort to thread croakamancy.

In addition to a bit of routine tweaking, I've added a page describing the siege-train raids with a set of maps showing both Ansom's limited-intel view and Parson's more comprehensive view on a common map grid. IMO, this makes it a bit easier to understand than the original presentation (where Stanley's tactical table was generally at about a 120-degree angle relative to the view angle we got of Ansom's map).

The text is still very much a work in progress.
