So...I've kinda lurked on and off for a while, then really felt like I wanted to type this up. Now, this isn't the typical shipping you all are typing up, about romance and such, but of a different kind of love. I really hope you all like it though. As I'm pretty self conscious about my writings...

So here is my first, and probably last, shippng.

Sitting on the couch, the Saiyan leaned back, getting comfortable. His muscular arms stretched out above him, finding their rest behind his head. From the doorway, a familiar vampire-succubus stood, watching him. She hoped that the great warrior didn’t notice her, as she didn’t want to admit what she felt was true. For some reason, this man accepted her for who she was, and saw past that to the caring person she could be. Maybe not in a traditional loving sense, but in one that could be summed up with only one word. Family. He’d put up with all her cynical comments, even though in truth most of them were just teasing. But still, he retaliated each one with a smile, and it was just now that Hitomi understood why he put up with it all.

Slowly, she walked over to the couch and sat down near Kyrian.
Hey…

Kyrian opened his eyes, and began to smile when he saw Hitomi there. He moved his arms, and Hitomi leaned over, resting her head on his shoulder. Kyrian’s left arm moved around Hitomi’s shoulder, and he held he gently, not wanting to make her feel uncomfortable. But for the first time in countless years, Hitomi felt safer than ever before.
