(Ninja 30/ wizard 25/ Incantrix 5, iwht maxed out ranks in hide, move silently, tumble, spellcraft, knowldge (arcana) Knowldge(nobility), and listen. His equipment is made up out of a bag of holding type VI attached to his wasit that holds various spell components focus's, and smoke bombs, and ninja equipment, he always wields Blind shriek, a +10 utterdark(BOVD, basicly deals 2d6 negative energy, and 1d6 cold damage), phoniex flame (basicly holy+flaming so an extra 6d6 damage.) intellegent katana, it's spell like abilities are as follows. Greater dispel magic, Silence, Deeper darkness (NO vision can see through that.) dimension door, and superior invisiblity.
He also has a presisted AMF up wth extrodianry spell aim, and a star mantle cloak.)
Thata a good enough descrption?

(What does he know, Shas hes been around for thirteen THOUSAND years, theres very little he DOESN"T know. As for which he has preapred, I ddont think that would be fair if I toold you my prepared spell list, yet I have little to NO idea of what yours can do.)
Fanboy does the whole ninja evasion thing, and nimbly dodges the blast type of thing. He then uses greater ghost step to get on top of one of the parapets.
"So you can see the unseen huh? well lets see you see through this. Vanish Blindshriek (yesh I just did that Bleach style.) and suddenly Fanboy was evlepoed in a darkness even Shas couldn't see through.

This spell functions like darkness, except that the object radiates shadowy illumination in a 60-foot radius and the darkness lasts longer.

Daylight brought into an area of deeper darkness (or vice versa) is temporarily negated, so that the otherwise prevailing light conditions exist in the overlapping areas of effect.

Deeper darkness counters and dispels any light spell of equal or lower level, including daylight and light.

Nowhere in there is anything about Blindsight.

Anti-magic field says NO unless you have a caster level of at least 35. You only have 30 levels in spellcasting classes, so I doubt it.

EDIT: Sorry, screwed that up. I forgot to roll a dispel check for my anti magic field. Normally, you could roll for caster check to overcome it, but I rolled a 20.

Is Momento Mori an epic spell? What's it do?
Shas should make the save for living lightning, taking 5d6 or, 14 damage.
However, I've got a ring of universal elemental immunity - no damage is taken!

Inside the comforts of the anti-magic field, Shas uses Diamond Nightmare Blade (not a spell) manouver to attack FF Fanboy for a solid 80 damage. Yay!
