Crud. Ok. I can still work with this.

The spider geek takes the crystal from the party and returns to his labors. Red looks down for a moment, seeming a little down trodden, but perks up suddenly. Like lightning she bolts from her spot and up the stars. The party is hard pressed to follow, but manages to keep up. After a rarther long trip through the tree, into an area mostly devoid of the arachnid establishment, Red stops in front of a large metal gate that still appears to hold fast.

Beyond the gate is a pile of silver trinkets (probably worth quite a bit, though not to a spider) surrounding a polearm protruding from the ground. Red starts to jump and motions for the party to open the gate.

    [Aetheas]

Strength wasn't exactly his forte, but he got them into this mess--well, where they were. He took a quick glance over to where the silver was, taking a quick note of it just in case, then proceeded over to the pole. For a moment it looked like he was straightening out his clothes, but instead, just removing any excess sweat before he placed a firm grasp upon the switch, and pulled back. If it wouldn't pull, then he'd push--given that this did nothing, he'd go to the other side and repeat the process. If nothing else, this healer was determined and good for a quick laugh.

Now as for what was beyond now that was something he'd wait for the rest to go through. "I'll lead up the rear."

The knowledge religion check result is high enough to yield a peice of information in reference to the religion of the people that crafted the spear. You may state what this info is. I will give a basius to start on: The people who crafted the spear did not live in these tree tops. How this data applies to their religion should be interesting. Let's also say that there are runes on the walls of this room and your check analyzes both sets of runes in contrast to one another. So you know a significant peice of data on how these religions interacted with one another. Go nuts with your description. The whackier the better.

"Between the walls, and that spear, Vander, I would think there was once a civilization here. Probably eliminated long before we ever were though of by the Creator... Then these moved in." The Healer paused for a moment, in the morbid thoughts of death. It sounded plausible enough until those arachnids came into play, and the fact that this spear did not match up to the origins of the runes--or the golem. "Unless they killed them--probably intruders. Or allies--probably Druids of different sects but with the same end goal." He continued with a minor shake in his voice.

'I just hope I'm right' Was the final thought that ran through his mind after he finally shut up.

After what has to have been the longest game of charades ever, Red Star leads the party down the massive tree into a subtereanean passage. This will apperently lead into the heart of the Orange spider territory, where the party can kill their leader while the rest of the orange brood is trying to deal with the stone golem.

This is the plan Red has set forth. Any treasure the party finds in Orange's collection (which should be similar to the one in Blue's collection) is theirs. The party can leave immediatly, or rest to regain spells and hit points.
