Re: 130: Order of battle and tactical options
Well that depends... did Parson actually think that an attack by Ansom this turn would be successful?
Other than himself, Ansem doesn't have much that can strike the uncroaked units to help weaken that part of the wall... he's also going agaisnt the orginal plan of hitting everything from all sides to find the weak spot and is instead just trying to create a weak point... also, Ansom's actions are out of character for him as Ansom is the type to plan ahead and not move till he sets up all the piece and is instead charging in head on... Hell Even Ansom's allies think he's gonna be croaked charging into all those uncroaked...
Overall, Parson may not have a plan for Ansom... he could just think that an attack now would result in huge losses for the allies, so much so that the alliance would get pissed off and break apart... Hell it could be that none of the uncroaked are getting any hits in before they are turned to dust by ansom, and Parson was expecting that they would atleast get in a few hits before falling; as such Ansom would be croaked in a prolonged battle... The chances of Ansom actually being successful in his charge could have been very small, or even non-existent depending on what Parson was thinking about Ansom...Last edited by slayerx; 2008-11-22 at 04:46 PM.
