Re: Gestalt Arena Test Match - Lenny/Squiggy vs Moby
Move: 5 feet down, into arena, to W5 (100 feet distance)
Free: Manifest (still invisible and incorporeal - and silent)
Standard: Activate Supernatural ability: Telekinesis.
Using combat maneuver: Grapple.
Touch attack: (1d20+28)[42] vs Flat footed AC, unless you can see me.
If successful, opposed grapple: (1d20+28)[39]
If grapple, then damage: (1d3+13)[14]

Re: Gestalt Arena Test Match - Lenny/Squiggy vs Moby
When you move into the arena...you trigger my readied action, which is an attack...
Attack - (1d20+38)[50]
Damage - (1d4+25)[26]
And 1 Con Damage if it hits.
And then you continue on.Last edited by theterran; 2008-11-25 at 04:30 PM.

Re: Gestalt Arena Test Match - Lenny/Squiggy vs Moby
I have Uncanny Dodge, so I keep my Dex bonus...
But still...that touch just does hit.
And there's no way I can break that...

Re: Gestalt Arena Test Match - Lenny/Squiggy vs Moby
Can you see invisible right now? If not, how could you fire an arrow at me, as I'm invisible?
EDIT: Also, as a ghost, I don't deal with con damage.
And -10 damage, unless your weapon is Cold Iron or otherwise bypasses DR.Last edited by Talic; 2008-11-25 at 04:36 PM.

Re: Gestalt Arena Test Match - Lenny/Squiggy vs Moby
I thought you moved before you went invisible...according to that 5ft step...you came into the arena...and that triggered my readied action...
And I was wrong...that touch didn't hit either...
I forgot the +4 Deflection Bonus Holy Aura grants...Last edited by theterran; 2008-11-25 at 04:38 PM.

Pixie. I am always invisible, unless I specifically state that I suppress it.
I noted that I was still invisible when I manifested for your benefit.

Re: Gestalt Arena Test Match - Lenny/Squiggy vs Moby
Swift Action: use two charges on my Scout's Headband to have See Invisibility for 10 minutes.
Move to U5, which is 20ft I think.
Standard Action: Attack w/ Greater ManyShot.
Also, I forgot you were [undead]...which is a favored enemy of mine which means you take skirmish as well (I swear I'm not switching them )
Arrow1
Attack - (1d20+33)[44] (-6 Manyshot, +1 Point Blank Shot)
Damage - (1d4+27)[29] + Skirmish - (6d6)[23]
Arrow2
Attack - (1d20+33)[40] (-6 Manyshot, +1 Point Blank Shot)
Damage - (1d4+27)[31] + Skirmish - (6d6)[14]
Arrow3
Attack - (1d20+33)[50] (-6 Manyshot, +1 Point Blank Shot)
Damage - (1d4+27)[31] + Skirmish - (6d6)[23]

Re: Gestalt Arena Test Match - Lenny/Squiggy vs Moby
Damage - (1d4+27)[29] + Skirmish - (6d6)[23] -10 for DR
Damage - (1d4+27)[31] + Skirmish - (6d6)[14] -10 for DR
Damage - (1d4+27)[31] + Skirmish - (6d6)[23] -10 for DR
That's match. Lucky on the touch attack missing. Otherwise I would have gotten touch attacks and grapples and stuff.

Re: Gestalt Arena Test Match - Lenny/Squiggy vs Moby
pretty much...
the way this guy is set up...if the touch would have hit...I would have been screwed...because I wouldn't have been able to break the grapple.

Your AC was crazy. I was gonna lock you up, then burn my belt of battle to get attacks against you flatfooted.

I'll rematch you, same characters, if you like. I have a new strategy that I wasn't gonna use right off, but I'd like to try out.

Lovely....
I'm going to make another character like this, but I'm going to go bard instead of scout so I can abuse belt of battle.Last edited by theterran; 2008-11-26 at 07:30 AM.

Re: Gestalt Arena Test Match - Lenny/Squiggy vs Moby
Yeah, it'd be a:
Ghost 5 / Rogue 10 (halfling racial Substitutions at 1,3,10)
Warblade 5 / Bloodstorm Blade 10
Figure a 20 base dex, +3 for levels, +1 for book, +6 for item = 30 dex.
Small +4, Dex +10, Ranks +18, Skill focus +3, Shadow Armor +15 = +50 hide.
With Able Sniper and Woodland Archer, it'd be able to make a full attack snipe, and get a move, then a hide at +44. Or it could take a single attack snipe, a double move, and a hide at +44.
