It works the other way, too... Trium is generally pleasant, and thus (while she is pretty if one doesn't care about such things) everyone seems to ignore her many brands, scars, and augmentations.

Though I think the effect may be getting exaggerated just a bit. Azurelle, for example, is quite unpleasant all the time, but no-one seems to regard her as ugly.

I have a habit of describing my characters every so often to avoid the 'ten foot tall undead wookiee' problem. And Azurelle gets described as pretty, as do most of my female characters. The only ones I can think of which aren't are Nephrim and Natalie.

Also, unrelated to either of those things, it would be much appreciated if people could make sure to check carefully for posts that might be part of the scene they're in, and wait when requested. Last night is the second time in a few days one of my posts has been skipped over (though fortunately the first was resolved quickly), and it would be nice if the trend didn't continue.

True. Which isn't actually something I've seen done for Prometheus. Possibly some of it is just that he's not ever really described in terms that would make him seem not ugly?

Though that doesn't explain why, so far, not a single person in the Nexus has seen Trium's alterations and such as messing up her appearance.

For the record, Lily still has a magical effect on her. Anybody that could be defined as a rogue, scoundrel, thief, or the like should feel magically attracted to Lily. For those interested in her gender, it's sexual attraction, but otherwise it can be any sort of attraction you feel is appropriate.

It's the standard example of 'What on earth is your character?'. For example: 'I can't tell from what you've said if he's a human, an elf, or a ten foot tall undead wookie.'

When people were discussing the creation of a FFRP Central thread, there was debate as to what to put in it. A person known as Jacklu suggested that it should mention regular descriptions of the character so that after several pages of conversation one of the talkers discovered the other was a ten foot tall undead wookiee. I'm paraphrasing that, but Jacklu definatly mentioned 'ten foot tall undead wookiee' in it.

In the time it took the people inside the cave to say, what, five posts of dialogue? Now, granted, it probably took five minutes or so for Sleet to tell her story, but that's still ridiculous.

There's no point to fighting Chez at all if he revives in five frikkin seconds and immediately returns to make everyone's life miserable, much less if he can run ten miles in as many minutes.

Just so everyone knows, I'm not against people previously knowing my character. He is a native Nexusian for a long long time. Just understand that I'll be hopping between differently aged Flargs from time to time, and the Flarg your character interacted with could be anywhere from 12 to 144 years old.

Er... Yeah. That's just a touch silly and OP. I have a god - Not a god-level character, but an actual deity - that can't do that.

I've been looking for people Rael, Karyana, and Adrin/S'kanthos might have previous history with, actually, since they've been here for two years. Can we set up some sort of history for them?

@ C'nor by all means, I imagine that a long history might be difficult though with his random hopping about through the time continuum. But I'm sure we can work something out.

EDIT: By long history I mean more than "A few meetups over the course of the two years" Or, they could've had extensive contact with him over a period of 12 months, as thats the longest he's stayed before hopping again.
