Your location is the southern area bordering the eastern mountains. You have a fool of a cleric to your north, a suitably uncaring despot to your East, in the mountains, and another, less irritable cleric to your West.

Strolling through your fortress, you reach the war room. Your battle maps show that there has been no change since last month. You still have an enemy to the south, and "allies" everywhere else.

Your spymaster's letter reports no enemy agents.

your treasurer reports a miserly sum this month, one thousand six hundred sixty six gold, six silver and six copper. In two month's time you're expected to receive tithes from the merchant's guild. He suggests you focus production on toll roads, market stalls, and storehouses to increase revenue.

Your general reports three standing units. One of Clerics, one Fighters, one Rangers. Each unit stands one hundred strong. He adds that this is probably not enough to strike at an enemy territory, and suggests more recruitment.

You look at the calendar and take note that it is the festival of whips. Production costs are halved and output is doubled, as the workers really don't want to be publicly flogged.

Live begins going over her reports. She expected things such as this after her seizing command of the area, but life was getting a little boring. Leaving some underlings in charge of overseeing the construction of the new markets, along with some funds from the regional revenue to speed the construction along, she takes a small group of soldiers and a few clerics and goes adventuring.

So, the only actions I will take this month are to begin construction of new market complexes. I would spend both production points and a point of economy on the effort. The rest of the month I will spend adventuring.

I discovered that our hated neighbours are still unprepared and I desire to strike them before it is too late. The glorious halfling tribes are mustering forces to plunder and conquer. Do you want to share the honour and join us in our daring expedition? I will prepare as long as you answer me, with, or without, your assistance.

You arrive in Yandahar's province, and can communicate with him directly. Your cohort of 200 men stand with you, and you see Yandahar himself commands 300, and a further 100 paladins were sent south from Chora. Your force is 600 strong.

Events:
(Yandahar) a forest fire rages in this province, halting production. Smoke is thick and work is halted as people rush to protect their homes.

(Luce) A Great Red Dragon has encroached upon your capitol while your army is away. It demands a 2000 GP tribute every month, and enough fattened cattle to sate it's appetite.

You gain 1660 GP from taxation. You gain a further 842 GP from production and trade.
