Erfworld Updates

I'm not sure if this has been talked about before, but:

Wasn't Erfworld originally designed so that it would be on Tuesdays and Thursdays? I think their reason was so that the website would have a new comic everyday. How come they made it Tuesdays and Saturdays?

I'm fine with how it is now, but I just wanted to know.

The schedule is currently random. There have been some delays lately, but the last few updates have been catching up to the twice-per-week target.

Steve MB is correct. Although, to answer your question, the reason they switched from Tuesday / Thursday to Tuesday / Saturday ( as I understood it) was two fold. The first reason (fold?) was to give Jamie more time to draw the comic, the second reason was so that we peons didn't have to wait two whole days between updates (That is, Erf or OOTS updates).

As for why the comic is currently random, I believe it has to do with Jamie's recent nuptials, and Rob's recent house fire. I assume the schedule will return to Tues/ Sat, eventually.
