Re: Notebook Sketches
Vulion, that is fracking amazing!
I like the dude with the multi coloured hair.
Also, I've finished the lighsaber duel thing you asked for, I'm tired and Lazy at the moment, so I didn't spend much time on it, so it's nothing special. only took me a total of an hour and a half or so, didn't really add a background either. (Or proper faces )
Spoiler
Just kinda basic.
*sigh* I wish I had a drawing tablet instead of a silly mouse, it's uncomfortable to draw with...Last edited by Nameless; 2008-04-15 at 04:40 PM.

Re: Notebook Sketches
Update - don't hold your breaths waiting for the drawing.
Inkscape isn't opening, so I need to figure out how to fix it.
And Nameless? You've won this battle, but you have not won the war!

Technically, I'm not vectoring it, but okay.
You can still do it.Last edited by Nameless; 2008-04-16 at 05:51 AM.

It took me an hour to decide on the clothing color, and I'm still not sure if I like it or not.. So many colors work there. >.<Last edited by Tiffanie Lirle; 2008-04-16 at 09:13 AM.

Re: Notebook Sketches
Wow, honestly wow. I never thought my art would get such a great reception. I would also like to thank you as an artist always seeking to improve, cause your coloring has made me realize my lines suck! I must remedy it and your color is an excellent way of me seeing my drawings with out all the excess.
Keep it up!
Oh and as long as you give me due credit it is not plagiarism!
Now I am off to draw some more, cause my classes are done for the day and I'm stuck in the computer lab until my ride finishes his.

Could you be more specific, Lying. I would appreciate it.
As long as I get due credit. Which would you like to use Ferret?

Re: Notebook Sketches
Well, scale is a big issue, the hands often seem small in comparison to the rest of the body. The forearm nigh dwarfs them in the pic of Arcanon. Then there's the virtual lack of wrist definition, which is important for distinguishing between an arm and a hand and...one of those toy grabber things, for lack of a better comparison. The fingers are often somewhat misshapen too.
Sorry if this sounds harsh, I am trying to be constructive here.Last edited by Lyinginbedmon; 2008-04-16 at 06:41 PM.

Re: Notebook Sketches
I have no idea whatsoever which pictures I want to use. I'll tell you as I use them. [Sorry, not quite so descriptive there, eh?]
But, in any case, here's a lineart picture... admittedly lacking in detail or color, but I'll finish it sometime.
