"Will do." Roger said, turning back to look at the others and gesture for them to approach before leading the way towards the embassy muttering to Transient "No need to let him know the others aren't with you. Less paper work for the ignorant"

Brandon hefts his borrowed Anchor Projection Field Generator. "What are you talking about? We're with him, mate. For a certain value of 'with'." He slots himself between Roger and Transient and follows the agent to the embassy, keeping an eye out for ghosts- and building materials to satisfy the Mania buzzing in his ears.

"It is true" Said Transient perhaps a little more out of wish than fact. Well perhaps more than a little. The Peerage are always with each other, we can do great things but only with the support of our peers can we save ourselves from doing terrible things.

That made two leaps of logic: First that the peerage was actually united and secondly jumping right over the fact that Brandon wasn't actually in the Peerage yet. Still he was Inspired, he wasn't Umanda or the next Frankenstine. These days that pretty much was the entire entry requirements.

"If you can spare the Mania it's probably best to power up the Wonders as soon as you get inside. My creation has a charge cycle and there is the possibility of ambush".

With the others walking behind him, Roger made his way to the door of the Embassy, "Well, as we are about to step outside of English law, I'd like to welcome you to the wild west, please don't break anything, or we'll have to sue you for all you are worth." he said with a chuckle, affixing his goggles and turning on the filter, before pushing open the door and stepping inside, hand lingering near his gun.

"I assure you we are more professional than the ghostbusters." Transient says this without a hint of humour or superiority. Without a hint of anything really, but that's normal for him.

Thomas stays close to the group as they head towards the entrance to the embasy, but remains silent, as he still has no real idea of what was going on, especially as it appeared to be something of a political situation. Why would he be allowed into a place like this? Especially given the currently high alert situation. He had no idea, but certainly wasn't going to bring the situation to anyone's attention as long as they didn't specifically stop him.

The guards at the front doors nod you past without trouble, admitting you into the embassy lobby.

The well-decorated lobby, a mix between government formality and patriotic grandeur, is in shambles. Scorch marks and bullet holes dot the walls and floor. The metal detector appears to have been ripped apart, along with a bloody smear that presumably used to be part of the security detachment.

An elevator is situated on the far wall, while two corridors lead off to the side. The trail of destruction leads to the left.

"Well it seems obvious what we need to do." With that Transient began following the bloodstain to the left making occasional scans along thee way[/color]
