Re: Schoolyard WW - Game Start
A tie? Well I won't allow that. And To show my kindness to fleeing coward, I present this tie breaking RP:
Shiro stuffed a Jacob drawing in his back, and decided to save killing himself for later. He could always just tip the scales out of the likely popular kids way now. So he decided he would attack Eternal Drifter instead.LGBTitP

Re: Schoolyard WW - Game Start
This is what I mean. Even with my claim and the subsequent proof I've provided, there's these people with grudges who'd rather lynch a seer over someone who has refused to give any proof of their innocence even in private just because of what's happened in other unrelated games(Yes, I tried to give Eternal Drifter a chance to prove his innocence and all I've been met with is a wall of silence).
If I had stayed silent, I'd probably have 80% of the votes right now.

Re: Schoolyard WW - Game Start
Grag looked up from the backstage laptop, and rubbed his eyes for a moment.
"Internet forum werewolf games? I really shouldn't indulge, so nerdy."
He looked at the time, and did a second take. It was late in the day. Really late. "Why didn't I hear the bell?"
Grag slipped out through the side entrance, letting the door lock behind him. The sun was hanging close to the horizon, but students were still milling around. All the classes were over, teachers had gone home for the day, even the track team had completed their practice.
No-one had gone home, though. Had the buses come? No-one knew, or seemed to care. Something was not right, the day would not end, some force was keeping school in session.
Grag wondered absently why he hadn't heard from his parents yet.

Re: Schoolyard WW - Game Start
Keep the votes up wolves, you're just exposing yourself by pushing for a last minute lynch against me.
Anatharon, you've already voted against me earlier in the day, why are you voting twice? Are you that desperate to get the seer lynched?

Re: Schoolyard WW - Game Start
The way I see it, it's better to risk killing a seer than let a wolf establish himself as one and tell us whatever he wants.

Re: Schoolyard WW - Game Start
Yep, I'm so good as a wolf that I magically knew exactly what the villagers were in a secret roles game...
If there was a fool in this game, another person would have received the same PM as me and would have contacted me by now. The fact no such person has contacted me is enough for me to believe that I'm definately the seer and not a fool.
If that's the best excuses you wolves can come up with to try lynch me then you ain't trying very hard.

Re: Schoolyard WW - Game Start
The busses were starting to line up, but the final bell of the day had not rung yet. Grag wiped the cold sweat from his forehead, and understood that a decision had to be made.
Eternal Drifter was being targeted, for reasons he couldn't understand. Internet Flea seemed to bounce between arch-villain and simple hero, depending on the direction of the wind, but someone else seemed to be the true source of discord.
Grag clenched a small slip of paper in his hand, the last two words read "downright wolfish", and the label fit.Fleeing Coward. It had to be.
I'm sorry FC, but you're either a fool or playing a very deep game. If you truly are the seer, then we'll have two people identified with some certainty. If you aren't, then we'll have other answers. I regret having to make this decision. As this is my first game of WW, I can't help second-guessing it.Last edited by Grag; 2010-09-02 at 09:48 AM.

Re: Schoolyard WW - Game Start
What you said makes no sense Grag. If I get lynched, villagers are back at square one, without a seer. There won't be anyone identified at all so I don't know where you get 2 people identified with some certainty from.

Re: Schoolyard WW - Game Start
The other option, I would suppose, is we find out whether you're for real based on whether the wolves take you out overnight. I don't want to lynch or protect someone based on your word, because it's useless to me, I can't trust it. I'm sure we have a backup seer somewhere.

Re: Schoolyard WW - Game Start
But one would hope that the school "prefect" or protector would be able to protect FC overnight, so the wolves can't take him out - but your vote might just swing it so we'll never find out who any of the wolves are, we'll just have expelled our popular guy and be without his network of friends.
I'm sticking with Eternal Drifter as he hasn't claimed a public role (that I remember) and FC has, we'll know soon enough if FC was lying.

Re: Schoolyard WW - Game Start
You do realise with those words, you've just made yourself the prime target for lynch if Eternal Drifter turns out to be wolf right Grag?
There's not going to be a backup seer in a 20 player game and like I said, it's not just my word, I've publicly posted my role PM - unless I'm a master role forger that's also psychic, I cannot possibly be a wolf at this point.

Re: Schoolyard WW - Game Start
By my count, it's currently:
Eternal Drifer 8
Fleeing Coward 6
Internet Flea 4
No Lynch 1
Pahvimato 1
Anatharon voted against me twice so I didn't count his second vote.
Edit: And I'm off to bed. Wolves, if you want to push the bandwagon against me while I'm unable to defend myself, be my guest. It'd make this game a whole lot easier if you all just exposed yourself in trying to get me lynched

Probably will regret this, but Eternal Drifter
Grag stepped out of line for the bus. He knew he could find another way home that night, and there was work to do.
