There are like 3 now that are supposed to be hotter than the Carolina Reaper. Dragon's Breath, the Chocolate Bhutlah, and the Caramel Reaper.

The Chocolste Bhutlah is the least hot of those three and apparently makes your entire mouth numb from pain.
