Reinholdt swaggers over, and replies by trying to kiss her quickly and heavily. Followed by trying to grab her hand and tug her towards his cabin.

"Yous. Mes. Mhyy room. Now."

Seems he's had one thing on his mind since that run in with Lily. Yes, his words are slurred.

Ermine kisses Reinholdt back, though perhaps not as eagerly as him. When he makes his... demand, she flicks her ears in amusement.

"Ye're really drunk."

The pirate is not protesting, however, and will allow herself to be towed away to Reinholdt's cabin and room.

"Oh youse wash probablies drinkenn on that boatsh out theres."

Reinholdt's probably not wrong either.

Reinholdt hurriedly closes the door behind him and goes to resume make outs right there, leading the way to the bed.

Becca forgot Skitty and Delcatty!

Natalie, meanwhile, approaches Jamie. "I suspect you intend to eat the whole cake without assistance. So, if I may, can I help? Otherwise, you'll get sick."

Meanwhile, Oddball wakes up and looks around, "Oddish?"

Outside the Main Cabin

Andy comes out from the Main Room and it seems like he searched for Reelshka.

"I did the paperwork, seems like we get some money back from the governance. So is there anything else I could help you?"

I still remember his offer to deal with some things to get her more free time sadly Andy's player wasn't able to answer the door^^.

Andy could be still here or wherever Reelshka has gone.

Reinholdt's probably not wrong either.

Reinholdt hurriedly closes the door behind him and goes to resume make outs right there, leading the way to the bed.

"Aye, but I ain't nowhere near as drunk as ye."

Ermine grins and happily embraces Reinholdt once they're in the room and the door is closed. Make outs commence, and probably curtains once they get to the bed. The pirate, while perhaps not being as eager as her drunk partner, is still enthusiastic about the curtains.

Reinholdt, indeed, heads for curtains fairly quickly. It is different seeing him take charge like this. He must be a bit beyond drunk. Still. Things, they happen.

Passing out will likely happen as soon as they're done too.

Ermine, not being as drunk or tired as Reinholdt, does not pass out or fall asleep with him. Instead, she sniggers to herself, shakes her head, and then tries to delicately extract herself from the bed and the treasure hunter. The pirate tries to do it quietly and gently so he doesn't wake up! He looks like he needs some sleep. And a hangover cure later.

In the meantime, Ermine will curiously glance around Reinholdt's room and then, gasp, go snooping through his things! How typical of a pirate.

Jamie giggles, and grins. "That's good! Practice makes perfect, so we'll work on it - together, OK?" she says, grinning. "And maybe I could call you Pearl?"

Pearl smiles back at Jamie. Okay. She then gives Jamie a concerned look. Why would you want to call me Pearl?

[Reinholdt]

[Reinholdt's Room]

Most of his stuff is hammerspaced, though there is a pair of vials in the nightstand drawer next to his bed. One has about a fourth clear liquid left in it, the other has about a third blue liquid left in it.

On top of the nightstand is a plush panda bear which helps alleviate fears and anxieties when you hug and talk to it! It's magic! Next to it is a blue feather and a pebble with a star shaped rune on it.

Reinholdt's clothes lay scattered about as well, I suppose. Among them is a furred vest, the Mantle of the Beast Lord which lets Rein turn into a saber tooth tiger, though what Ermine could turn into while wearing it probably varies. It's also nifty in that while not in the animal form, it boosts other basic stats too, like strength and speed and stuff. There's also a dragon tooth knife with an unknown magical effect that Rein still hasn't discovered yet, lockpicks, hidden sets of lockpicks, a necklace against electricity, a hidden pistol, and Reinholdt's rifle. Ermine was there when he got the dagger and the necklace back at Earl's fortress.

He wears so much stuff on him, it's a wonder they're able to get it all off for curtains at all.

Ermine sniffs suspiciously at the vials, but doesn't touch them. She's savvy enough to know that unknown liquids shouldn't be drunken! Unless they're labeled "Drink me", of course. Then she glances over the other stuff. Unfortunately, she doesn't really know what's magic and what isn't, so she doesn't take the time to try on the awesome fur vest. The pirate just settles for picking up the plush panda with a curious look. She glances around, to check that no one is watching, and then happily hugs the cute little stuffed animal. She sits down on the bed next to Reinholdt still holding the bear.

Ermine is a master of dressing and undressing, of course. She has to do it a lot when she switches forms after all.

Just don't think about how she's good at undressing others too.

Well they aren't labeled drink me, but they've clearly been drunk.

Ermine has to be very good at getting people undressed to keep up with Reinholdt's ridiculous amounts of adventuring garb. She's the master of pirating other people's clothes.

When Ermine hugs the bear, it should feel nice and help relieve any tensions or fears she might have! Yay! It's a very cute bear.

Reinholdt continues to sleep off his bender.

Ermine smiles, ears flicking, as she holds the panda bear plush. Some of her tension does seem to be relieved, so she feels content enough to snuggle back up with Reinholdt. Still holding the stuffed animal, of course. She'll wind up taking a nap with Reinholdt while she waits for him to get up.

She shouldn't have tension! Everything's perfect right now, clearly! Must be the weight of being a captain.

Anyways, time passes and Reinholdt starts to stir with the moan of someone with a very large hangover.

Reinholdt's groans wake up Ermine, who is quite familiar with such procedures. She is no stranger to hangovers, after all. She flicks her tail in amusement and... goes to press the panda plush into Reinholdt's arms.

"'ere, hold dis, it makes ye feel all nice 'n fuzzy. I bet it'll help wit da splittin' head I bet ye 'ave."

The pirate helpfully speaks more softly than she usually does.

Reinholdt blinks a bit, head still fuzzy. Now his arms are fuzzy too as he has a stuffed panda plus. And then he kind of hugs it and his insides are all warm and fuzzy too. Everything's fuzzy now. It's really weird.

"Wow... thank you..." Reinholdt says quietly, really quite moved by the gesture.

Even though it's his own bear.

The next time somebody goes to grab a slice of cake they will find it has been replaced with a small box wrapped in paper depicting ghosts. The cake itself is nowhere in sight, although perhaps one of the girls would find it if they turned on the ceiling fan.

Jamie blushes at Natalie's words.
"I wasn't going to eat the whole thing!" she protests, the traces of frosting on her lips proving her wrong. "But sure, you need to have more."
She giggles, smiling happily at Oddball...

Pearl smiles back at Jamie. Okay. She then gives Jamie a concerned look. Why would you want to call me Pearl?

"Well, you need a name," Jamie explains. "And Pearl just seemed appropriate."
Since there are pearl onions, and she can't really call her Vidalia Jr.

"what did he do this time Jamie?" Holly asks as she turns around. When she sees what Jamie saw, she angrily answers herself "He stole the cake? That jerk stole your cake? Why would he do that?"

Holly had wanted another slice of that cake...

"I don't know, but if he doesn't bring it back right now I'm getting a ghost-touch blackberry bush and throwing it at him!" Jamie hollers, looking up at the ceiling in fury!

She hasn't noticed the precarious ceiling-fan perch yet.

Jamie's yelling at the ceiling seems to have no effect, not even Palon's usual ghostly chuckle. "What do you think's in that box, Jamie?" Holly asks, "Another one of his stupid pranks?"

"Rassin' frassin' little scoundrel..." Jamie mutters, before giving Holly a shrug, and going to - carefully - open the box!

Holly shudders and steps back as Jamie opens the box. She's impressed by her friend's willingness to walk straight into Palon's likely prank, but she doesn't want to get any of it on her. The box contains... a magic 8-ball.

Yes, really, just a magic 8-ball. On it's packaging It has an addition right below the name declaring "Now with REAL magic"

Jamie gets a surprised look on her face!
"Oh, that's kinda sweet actually..." she says, giving Holly a smile...
...that then turns a bit smirk-y. As she decides to shake the Magic 8-Ball.
"Magic 8-Ball, where can I find Palon to thank him for his birthday gift?"

After a few moments, nothing seems to be coming up. It's as if some ghostly hand had reached in and pulled out the dice and their helpful divination magic. However, all is not lost, as it appears somebody has painted four words around the edge of the view window, "Turn on the fan."

"...turn on the fan?"
Jamie blinks, looking up at Holly. Then torwards the ceiling fan..

"The fan? If you say so Jamie." Holly says as she flips the switch helpfully labeled "fan". Doing so does not send the cake flying of course. Why would anybody expect that? Instead it causes the fan to throw off a cloud of confetti. If somebody pays a bit of attention to this confetti, they might notice that it contains four torn pieces of a normal sheet of paper which appear to have something written on them.

"...oh, wow. That's actually pretty cool!"
Jamie grins, and scrambles to collect what she promptly recognises as the scraps of paper!
...she still hasn't noticed the cake box.

"Yeah, I guess he can be fun sometimes. What do those papers say?" Holly asks. When the papers in question have been assembled they will read as follows:

"We are proud to announce the beginning of the thirty-eighth unofficial Pheonix Lake cake hunt, with prizes greater than ever before. As usual, the trail begins at the main lodge. Don't be late, they say cakes which stay out after dark are never heard from again"

"He can still be a rascal though," Jamie grouses, thinking once again of ghost-touch blackberry bushes. "But a scavenger hunt could be fun too! Let's go!"

Of course, anybody who wishes to accompany them can go as well!
