HALO is located Under the Sea! However that doesn't mean you can't visit...

1. There are Shuttlepods providing arrivals and departures on a regular schedule.
2. There are no anti-teleport wards!
3. If you can't teleport yourself, there are Ring Transporters, which link (among other places) the Mall of Acronymia from Inside.

Conflict is great! It's the heart of any story, and there isn't much to roleplay without it. However, as a player to player courtesy, please check in with the players who are active at any given time before launching an attack. Not everyone wants to roleplay combat scenes, and sometimes there are other things going on that players don't want to interrupt for a random fight. Either a PM/IM to players, a short post in thread to say ((Mind if I introduce a villain here?)) or a longer post in the OOC thread if it's a larger plot is appreciated.

BIGGER NOTE

We have no banner. You, you, you, and you in the back that never gets to post because s/he is usually ignored... FIND AN AVATARIST AND SEND HIM THIS WAY. Heck, even if someone here is semi-good with photoshop so he can combine our avatars into a cheesy simple banner... That'll be fine too.
Azure Butterfly is making a banner. If you want to be on the banner, send him/her an avatar(s) to put on it, and where to put it. Heck, if you don't even have an avatar, give him/her a description and they'll do their best.

Just for a little side note, if everyone is cool for a little organization, let's try to get character notes compiled so we can post them in a list here. This is up for continued discussion, it's just an idea.

Erin, not yet noticing the absence of her holy symbol, debates climbing out of bed and going to shower, which she kind-of needs. But decides against it for the moment, instead propping herself up on her elbow and looking at Angela.

It only took repeated applications of mouth-to-mouth.

"Toby..." Quinn hesitates only a moment before wrapping her arms one arm around him tightly, the other holding a sleepy-looking Jamie. "I was so worried...what happened?!"

The foxgirl has a sweet, blissful smile on her face as she dreams peacefully.


Toby sighs and leans into her. You know how I said I was captured and held for these past few weeks? I guess he managed to follow me after I escaped...

Dawn is in the Kitchen, with a peeled grapefruit.

And...Maya's in the infirmary, taking care of the patients who are there. She didn't get any sleep through the night. She lets the robot-D things do what they're supposed to do while she exits the infirmary.
She walks out of there, and walks down the hallway, really sleepily.

Also, Eklipso is somewhere nearby, I don't know where.

Erin can't help but match the smile as she leans over to give Angela's cheek a quick peck before slipping out of bed and heading for that shower.

"Oh, Toby..." Quinn buries her face in his shoulder for a long moment, holding to him as if she were scared he'd vanish if she let go. "But he's gone now, right?"

From her tone, Toby would be a wise man to agree.

I also see you are sorely missing an updated banner, and I figured it'll help my burgeoning Inkscape skills. So, if ya'll don't mind, anyone who wants in on the banner, PM me your avatar. When hunted, the red fox leads its persuers on a merry chase through the woods, keeping them away from its family and den until it can lose them and go back... I can't fight him. Not by himself at any rate... I don't want Jamie to get caught in the fighting...

Quinn shakes her head at Toby. "I don't have an anology like that, love, but I know Astrid can take care of Jamie and keep her safe. You're not fighting alone, and that's final." Her expression says 'or you can sleep on the couch for the rest of your life'.

Toby sighs, realizing he's lost the arguement, and then smiles at Quinn, kissing her lovingly. I'd rather nobody fight him, really...

"Oh, I'm sorry." he says, shaking his head. "Maya's a nice name, Miss." His accent, which is Southern (USA), should be apparent now.

Thank you, she says with a smile. I haven't decided on an accent for her yet.
