Re: The Post-Kickstarter Discussion Thread: Bask in the Afterglow
I haven't received mine yet (though my PM was later than yours). I suspect we are in the same category, and that our replacement prints are in the Exception category at the end of the line after all the other rewards have shipped. Which probably means another week or two, after the Sticky Shticks packages have gone out.
Suspiciously normal.

Does anyone know how long does it take for a sending to cross the ocean and reach Europe? I'm waiting on Sticky Schticks (not impatient, just curious).

Re: The Post-Kickstarter Discussion Thread: Bask in the Afterglow
I'm in that category, and I've been waiting since mid-June (there was a large hole in the side of my box, and both the magnet and patch were missing). Rich's message to me said he would have Ookookook send me new ones when they get the chance, which I take to mean after everything else has gone out.

Re: The Post-Kickstarter Discussion Thread: Bask in the Afterglow
Got one of my packages in the mail today. Been going through it as time allows. Just got to the Sticky Shticks.
Specifically got to one of the Haley Shticks.
Huh.
Spoiler:
SpoilerThere is an aphasia Shtick, of course. Now I suck at Cryptograms, so I went to Google to solve it. Yeah yeah. I know. Don't Care.
Anywho, after some trial and error, I managed to get the cryptogram solved:

I'm not sure if this has been answered already, but did Rich ever get that Cintiq tablet he mentioned he was eying during the Kickstarter campaign?

Re: The Post-Kickstarter Discussion Thread: Bask in the Afterglow
No, not yet. I'm waiting until all possible expenses have been exhausted. There have been a LOT of cost overruns on various parts of fulfillment, starting with having to switch last-minute to a more expensive printer for both the notepads and the Sticky Shticks, just to get them done. Also, having to mail out about 100 extra coloring books to replace misprinted ones. I won't be able to think about something like the Cintaq (and the new Mac to run it with) until I'm sure everything I've promised is paid for.

Re: The Post-Kickstarter Discussion Thread: Bask in the Afterglow
I got my package of Don't Split the Party and the Sticky Shticks with other goodies today - all arrived here in Australia in great shape.
I'm impressed by how good the patch, magnet and stickers came out. I wasn't sure what they would be like but they all look great.

I thought once send it could take up to 4 weeks to arrive in Europe. But I don't know this for certain, and actually I do not really care that much. I will see it once it arrives and before that it will be anticipation

Re: The Post-Kickstarter Discussion Thread: Bask in the Afterglow
So, should I have gotten some kind of email or something from either Kickstarter or Oookoodook? Because, aside from the big update/announcement on KS, I haven't seen anything to indicate what my package's status is. I know there's a ton of work to do, and part of my mind is trying to keep calm by telling myself that my box is probably just farther down the To Do List than people who already have theirs, but I would appreciate some reassurance. (I'm not going to bother PMing Rich because my box isn't going to be handled by him, personally anyway, being $25 level reward, plus I'm Participating Patch, plus Sticky Shticks.)
If I somehow ended up on the Patience List, I apologize for freaking out before the scheduled time.

Re: The Post-Kickstarter Discussion Thread: Bask in the Afterglow
We had a slight hiccup where the warehouse thought they were out of patches while working on the Sticky Shticks, so they went forward only with orders that didn't have them. Today, they found the boxes of patches in the back of the warehouse, so your order should be back in the queue.
I'm hoping to have an update tonight or tomorrow with a new shipping chart to show what's been mailed.Rich Burlew

Re: The Post-Kickstarter Discussion Thread: Bask in the Afterglow
I recently got my Kickstarter package, which was all of the books.
I promptly started reading.
Bravo, Mr. Giant. Bravo. Start of Darkness is flat-out your best work, and that's a very very high mark indeed.
Xykon is...possibly the finest epic villain in print. Period.
What he did with the MITD? The beat-down speech he gave Redcloak? His accurate and deadly summation of the simple use of force?

Glad to see that Belkar is almost finished and summer monster minis' orange bar is filled up.
What does yellow and green bar means?
P.S- will belkar story be that Belkar's story is actually true, his backstory is same as Xykon
, his aunt raised him like Dexter (the serial killing vigilante one), or his village is like Halflings from Warhammer.Spoilermurderous little kid)Badly drawn helmet avatar drawn by me.
