    Just because the apocalypse is going on in reality doesn't mean it's for sure happening now.

    Regarding my previous thing about the Eragon goats, can it be those goats? FYI, they're large, rideable mountain goats that can jump really far. Well, rideable by dwarves, at any rate.

    Also, just had a PM that gave me a *very* interesting and completely IC-justified idea that will make conquest a little bit harder this round.

    I think at this point maybe I should make an IC post for NPC countries seperate from the opening post.

    Oh, as for region forty-three, I am so going to conquer those people. Ransom? No one pays ransoms... Certainly not regents who want the throne for themselves.
    Anyone else who tries to get the place will likely feel get in the path of my vengeance. That, and I have some cool ideas for what I want to do with the place.
    Also, please note that my original king was Hazael Toranath II. The current king is Hazael Toranath III. The first Hazael Toranath died well over a hundred years ago and his deeds are insignificant and form the most boring parts of most history textbooks.

    Finally, what's the likelihood of rebellion in Kyaralath? Their import necessity is not met, I haven't spent an action pacifying them or a special action (which I can't perform anyway because of the regency) to ensure peace. The same extends to Hazaria, unless the Diplomacy Five special I used the late King Hazael II's stats for has lingering effects despite his death.

    For several events now, I have had unofficial delegations. Actually, just one person at the last two. It is part of the narrative that I am weaving about the struggles between twin sisters. And since Evelyn is in Raaneka hiding, she will probably make an appearance.

    You could send a proud warrior to do battle. If he does well, perhaps he gets named a General of your armies. Doesn't change a darn thing, but makes a nice back-story.

    I did spend an action point on having my people go there, but I don't plan on making any other diplomacy actions. Someone can try and make one with me, but I'm not going out of my way to do anything.
