Hobgoblin Resilience: You can use hobgoblin's resilience as an encounter power

Hobgoblin Surge:
Prerequisite: Hobgoblin, Hobgoblin Resilience Racial Power
Benefit: If you suceed the saving throw granted by hobgoblin resilience, you may spend a healing surge.

Hobgoblin Strength:
Prerequisite: Hobgoblin
Benefit: Whenh you gain your Phalanx Soldier AC bonus, you also gain a +1 Feat bonus to Fortitude Defense, and to all strength based ability and skill checks. This increases to +2 at 11th level and +3 at at 21st level.

Hobgoblin Adrenaline:
Prerequisite: Hobgoblin, Hobgoblin Relience racial power:
Benefit: If you use Hobgoblin Resilience whille bloodied, you gain a +1 bonus to speed and and damage rolls untill the end of your next turn.
Bnae's Blessing:
Prerequisite: Hobgoblin, Channel Divinity Class Feature, Must Worship Bane.
Benefit: Whenever you use a channel divinity power, you regain use of Hobgoblin Resilience. If you havent used it yet you instead gain a +1 feat bonus to the saving throw granted by Hobgoblin Resilience. This bonus lasts untill the end of the encounter, and increases to +2 at 11th level and +3 at 21st level.

Mind of Bane:
Prerequisite:Psionic Augmentation, Hobgoblin
Benefit: You regain 1 power point the first time you miss with an augmented at-will power.

War Band:
Prerequisite: Hobgoblin, Phalanx Soldier.
Benefit: Your AC bonus from Phalax Soldier increases to +2 if you have more than one ally adjacent to you.

Hobgoblin's Song:
Prerequisite:Hobgoblin, Song of Rest Class Feature.
Benefit: Each ally effected by soong of rest gains a
+2 bonus to initiative.

Rending Spike:
Prerequisite: Hobgoblin, Mind Spike Class Feature
Benefit: Enemies adjacent to an enemy targeted by Mind Spike take a -1 penalty to AC untill the start of your next turn.

Painful Curse
Prerequisite: hobgoblin, Warlock, Warlock's Curse Class Feature
Benefit: Cursed enemies take 1 extra damage when you hit them with a WArlock at-will or encounter power.
