HALO is located Under the Sea! However that doesn't mean you can't visit...

There are Shuttlepods providing arrivals and departures on a regular schedule.
There are no anti-teleport wards!
If you can't teleport yourself, there are Ring Transporters, which link (among other places) the Mall of Acronymia from Inside.

There is a large bang as a girl is teleported here from somewhere unknown. She lands on the ground with a yelp as the portal opened up on the ceiling. Even though this girl has cat ears and a cat tail, she does not land on her feet. She is around nineteen with blonde hair with green and black streaks, sea green eyes, and yes she's a cat girl. Anybody out there?

She trots over; our Pesty has been up to stuff while I forgot about her. Crop-tops and flared jeans don't exactly go with rubberized boots and goggles around your neck, but Pesty hasn't learned that.

Oh blast it. There it was again. A question. She hates questions. Her mouth purses shut for a second and she looks like she's trying to hold something in before all of her words come out in a rush. My name is Melancholy but I really prefer to be called Mel. Meh don't worry about it. Catpeople are weird that way.
