Okay, so I'll throw out the easy one and the one with dinosaurs (what? He clearly expresses the desire to be the Elanasaurus Rex twice, and the Elanasaurus doesn't wear pants).

protection from Law is not Protection from Dress Codes.

I do have a question in mind, if that gets us all three, but I'm not entirely sure the Elanosaurus works because it's not an explicit statement involving pants. Up to enq to confirm.
