Junkyard Wars XLVII: SLAs + Breath Weapon - Dragonfire Adept (VOTING OPEN)

I have a question that might be relevant. If we are using something that is a spell like ability that grants a breath weapon does that count for both requirements? That won't be the case with what I'm planning but I could definitely see how that could potentially be the case for somebody.
