Q127: How exactly does counterspell interact with:
a) A target that is using a personal spell, can you use the same spell to counter it? Since there is no range?
b) If i have Elminster Effulgent Epuration and can absorb spells, can i absorb the counterspell when someone is using it against me while using a personal spell?
c) You have to CAST the spell, right? So you can't counterspell if you're on a silent area, antimagic field or such.

How exactly does it work, visually? Does a fireball suck another fireball and nulls it?
